Great food. Friendly and fun staff. Great history of the building. Get the chicken croquets. We'll be back.

We went for dinner the day after Valentine's Day. They were out of several key menu items which we had had our eyes on ... steak tartare, shrimp toast, and steak frites. We understand that Valentine's is a busy night, but that is no excuse for not being better prepared. We were disappointed.
Came here for brunch because the reviews were great, the photos were cute, and the location was perfect. We had a reservation and were seated right away, which was a strong start. That said...we were crammed into a booth clearly not meant for five adults. When we asked if there was another option, the answer was a hard no with zero suggestions. Thankfully, we found an extra chair and made it work ourselves. The food was fine. Not bad, not amazing. Three of us ordered extra crispy bacon, and it was perfect. My biscuits and gravy were a mixed bag: the gravy was chef's kiss, but the biscuits were dry and a little burnt. I also ordered my eggs over medium and got over hard. Each of us experienced a slight disappointment like this with our meals. Service was the real miss. Drinks and food came out in chaos. Four of us were basically done eating before the fifth person got her meal. Coffee took forever, and a Coke didn't show up until after someone else had already received a second cortado (after we went hunting for it). The server also had a surprisingly condescending vibe. Even basic questions felt like a personal inconvenience. The space itself is beautiful, no notes there. But the bathroom situation is...odd. Frosted glass doors that still let you see people inside is a choice. Overall, cute spot, great gravy, but between the cramped seating and the chaotic service, I'd probably pick a different brunch spot next time.
The food sounds amazing on the menu, but does not live up to the hype. The 6 of us ordered from the brunch menu and got : chicken and waffles, the bear omelette, shakshuka, the OG breakfast, prosciutto toast, and the French toast. The verdict was universal disappointment. The shakshuka wasn't spicy. The maple ginger syrup tasted a lot like Mrs. Buttersworth, and the waffle was hard to believe it had anything to do with sesame. The bacon on the OG breakfast look deep fried to hell and back. The Bear omelet had way too much Boursin cheese. And the French toast was meh. Honestly, the best part was probably the donut we started with. And that's just the food. The service was completely abysmal. I think our waitress was especially disinterested, but no one ran to the rescue either. In a restaurant that appears cute and upscale, the combo of food and poor service places this at the bottom of my list. I was really looking forward to it too.
SO good. Every bite was packed with flavor and you can tell the food is made with real care. Fresh, perfectly cooked, and seriously delicious. Great vibe, super friendly staff, and easily one of the best meals we've had in a while. Already can't wait to go back!
Cappuccino and waffle machines were not operational. Service was good. French toast was very tasty with pistachios, but lukewarm warm. Prices are very reasonable.
It was our first time going to Dram Yard. The inside is very chic and inviting. The food and drinks were amazing. Our waitress was on point. Will definitely be going back
Food & service were excellent!! We all enjoyed our meal, wine & dessert. The shrimp toast & tuna tostada were especially delicious. Can't wait to go back!
Such a cool spot, it was a last minute date night choice and was well worth it, the drinks and the food were to die for! I can't wait to go back!

Don't order still or sparkling water unless you're ready to pay $12 per person...a water scam. Staff failed to tell us what was not on the menu anymore until we decided what we wanted, which were the two things not on the menu. Hostess was nicer than our server. Food was fine, not a great presentation. We weren't impressed for the price. Was also too loud in there. Won't return.

The food is decent here, but definitely beware, the staff is almost uncomfortably rude.
Our waitress in an empty restaurant told us we needed a reservation; so we stepped outside and made a reservation within the 10 minutes of us arriving.
She very regrettably seated us and we were charged $12 for water.
Also, our food was not brought out at one time. We did not order appetizers. We ordered three entrées we received them five minutes apart from each other so from first meal being placed on the table to last meal being placed on the table, there’s 15 minutes difference on top of not receiving the entirety of one meal, which was confirmed to be on the way by the waitress…
While the food was okay, the staff, atmosphere, water charge, and missing part of a meal (while seated!!!) made this one of the most dreadful dining experiences I’ve had in Wilmington…. so much so that I hardly write reviews unless blown away or supremely disappointed.

I have been here several times with my partner. We were disgusted to see that after scheduling our NYE reservations 2 months in advance, the restaurant announces a mandatory pre fixe menu for $95 per person the NIGHT BEFORE NYE. The person we scheduled our reservation with never mentioned this. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. This is purely opportunistic pricing—and no way to run a restaurant.
