I guess 4am opening means nothing

One person taking the orders two people in the background one on her phone the other one talking to the other person it took almost 5 minutes to get a bagel, and I was the only one in line.
I asked for the bagel to be cut in half and she brought it out. I had to return it because she forgot.

Worst DD experience ever. I frequent DD weekly and this is absolutely the worst location. Rude employees and my donut was stale. Don’t waste your time or money on this location.

The ILM DD shows 4am open. It's 4:25am and I've been waiting in line since 4am and keep getting told they're opening soon. My flight boards in 5 min so not able to get anything.
I will give my business to Port City Java in the future and not waste my time with DD.

The ILM airport site states this location opens at 4, which is the perfect time for someone boarding a 5am flight, as was I.

I got in line at 4:15 and approached the counter. The worker looks up and says: “We not open”. I said “You don’t open at 4?” She replied “We open when I’m ready.”

After leaving the counter, another passenger tried to place an order and the worker told her: “We open when I’m ready and it’s going to be a while.”

Poor attitudes and poor service. Unfortunately, PCJ is right next door and will receive my support in the future. I will choose the more expensive option over unsolicited rudeness.
