I waited for a good while before the order was even done and then I receive it and my hashbrowns were burnt and the order said 8pc but I got six. Pics are included as evidence bc I normally don't complain but this is ridiculous. Wilmington fast food restaurants are EXTREMELY BAD. I will NEVER recommend Dunkin again.

Mostly rating it this high because it’s close by and they just opened. Decent food, and nice employees. Only complaint is how slow they move. But like soooooo slow. Ends up backing up quickly and causing a decent line

I have been stopping at this location for more than a month now asking about one of the frozen coffees and they keep telling me there is a part missing from the blender. I'm sure it's a franchise and the franchise owner should be getting parts. It's an entirely unacceptable performance to have a quarter of your menu completely unavailable because of "some part" that may be missing. It's very convenient to my office, but I will not try again. I am DONE with this location. They just need to shut this location down and allow a coffee shop that cares open in this space and thrive!!!

this is my favorite location. my large sweet tea is consistent daily. and i just love those 3 that work in there. i always talk to them and try to make their day as they continously make mine.
