Yuck! Their breakfast sandwiches are heated in the microwave. I could’ve went to Harris teeter and bought the frozen breakfast sandwiches and done that myself. Your menu is deceiving on what you actually get. Yuck yuck 🤢 yuck! 🤮

The person who waited on me never said good morning. Just said what can I get for you? He wasn't really paying attention to what I was saying and tried to get smart about how I was ordering. I ordered one decaf coffee and one regular coffee with cream and sugar, but I received two regular coffees one with sugar and one with out sugar I requested two bacon and cheese wraps without egg, but I received two bacon wraps 🫔 with egg . Just a disaster for me that morning,

Never in my 28 years have I ever felt disrespected by a business. I had went to this location and was trying to use my rewards, and I’m still new to the app so I was trying to figure out what rewards you can convert to use. I had picked a coffee and a sandwich based off the picture on my app that stated I would get it for free with my points. I had stated to the male worker that I wanted to try to use it cause he said he was unsure whether it would work and offered me another sandwich I said can we try, I go up to the window it did not work so I immediately apologize because I had stated you know on the app in the picture it shows that you can get that sandwich and then I had asked if I can just get the classic sandwich . The worker was huffing and puffing basically had an attitude , you can also tell with his stance and how he was pressing the buttons. He was like this is why I said to get a classic sandwich cause I had told you it wasn’t gonna work. I told him I’m sorry that I’m being an inconvenience to you . There was one car behind me so it’s not like I was taking up everyone’s time off of one sandwich. He then says now I’m gonna have to make another sandwich And start your order all over again as he walked away. There was another worker standing there so I said excuse me is he the manager and she had stated yes the look on her face wasn’t any better than his cause she looked like she didn’t even wanna be there. I said now I see why everytime I come here everyone looks miserable. Very terrible experience very rude management. I would not recommend going here again If you want to feel like an inconvenience or be belittled or deal with the attitude early in the morning.

What I experienced at this location is crazy. The girl was so extremely rude and started to “mock” me & copy my voice & started to correct me on every single thing I said.
Do not go to this location if you want good service - I wouldn’t even give my money to somewhere like this, I left.

Are they rude on purpose? I try and give this place a shot every so often to see if anything changes. It does not. You can tell by all the reviews it’s the same thing over and over. No one ever greets you. Most of the time they are rude and unhappy to be at work!?? What’s up with this place. Explains why there is never a line.. and why are they out of donuts? Someone get corporate and upgrade this place.

I stopped by on my way to work one morning, since it’s conveniently next to where I work. But I will NEVER go here again. The service is terrible. I asked for a cup of oat milk (since I have major allergies and cannot drink much of anything else they have). No other Dunkin has ever given me an issue with this. They always charge me for a coffee, and move on with their day. These people made sure to give me a hard time about it “and do it this once” (like they’re giving me a favor??) in the smallest amount, and cup ever. But charged me for a large coffee.
I got over it, went to work to eat my bagel, and it was stale, and disgusting. Spit it out immediately.
Any dunkin is better than this one. Don’t waste your money here.

This location has gone down hill lately. The workers are very rude! The hot coffee always has grounds in the cup, so bad you can only drink half a cup. It's not hard to smile even if you hate your job.
