Stopped in a few days ago for a quick coffee before my nail appointment but ended up getting the best experience at a Dunkin. Greeted with a hello at the door and even nicer employee Taylor who took my order. I was indecisive between drinks because of the sugar content but she was considerate to suggest a drink and it was great! I hope more people are like Taylor in the service industry because you never know how a smile and great interaction mean to people. Thanks Taylor and God bless!!

Genuinely this is the BEST Dunkin in Wilmington. I stop by frequently during the week to get coffee and occasionally breakfast before work and they never fail to impress. To the middle aged gentleman at the drive thru and the younger girls I see from time to time, yall are killing it and make the start of my day so much better.

They started using readymade expresso, not good at all, when I asked this coffe is not tasting good, she ask me which hot latte I want, now you have to pick machine or regular. I choose to take my refund
We visited this Dunkin's drive through today for the first time and ordered a dozen donuts. The staff member was very patient. Even though I didn't know the names of the donuts I wanted, she knew what I meant by my descriptions. But what made this experience even better was how fresh and delicious the donuts were! It's been ages since I've had Dunkin Donuts that were this good.

Yuck! Their breakfast sandwiches are heated in the microwave. I could’ve went to Harris teeter and bought the frozen breakfast sandwiches and done that myself. Your menu is deceiving on what you actually get. Yuck yuck 🤢 yuck! 🤮

The person who waited on me never said good morning. Just said what can I get for you? He wasn't really paying attention to what I was saying and tried to get smart about how I was ordering. I ordered one decaf coffee and one regular coffee with cream and sugar, but I received two regular coffees one with sugar and one with out sugar I requested two bacon and cheese wraps without egg, but I received two bacon wraps 🫔 with egg . Just a disaster for me that morning,
