If I could give them 0 stars I would! Customer service is horrible the lady on the cash register need to be trained better. This was my first time coming here definitely be my last. My sandwich wasn't hot tater tots was cooked too long!!

Do no go to this Dunkin at all!!! The staff are very rude and they never give you the donuts you order. They try to short you or they are always out of flavors. If I could give no stars I would. And the donuts are never good.

I’ve been to a LOT of different Dunkin’s.. this is hands down the worst. Not just bad customer service, but it feels they are not trained correctly. My frozen coffee was liquid throughout and not blended. Unable to drink it. Attitude at the window. Will not return.

I've stopped by this location several times the past few weeks. I always get a single donut. $1.92 is the total cost. I have paid twice using $2 in cash. Both times, I was only given back a dime instead of the correct 12 cents. I think the next time I go in, I will pay $1.90.

Please do go to this location. I came here one morning and the employees acted like they needed coffee more than I. They didn’t laugh at my jokes and had attitudes. I took a sip of my hot French Vanilla coffee. IT WAS SLIMY!!!! 🤢🤮 I took it back and told JARMANE (the manager with long red braids). He offered to refund my $4.19 with an attitude and NEVER apologized. Then, he threatened to call the police. I asked him to please send them. I’m an honorable Wounded Warrior who served during 9/11. He quickly went back to work and left me alone. So take it from me, THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!
We ordered at 4:01 pm. One frappe and two donuts. Girl behind the register looked frazzled and confused, didn't know what I had ordered, and got both of the donuts wrong. We waited a total of 10 minutes for my drink, and when we finally saw them making it, they gave the drink I had ordered to someone in the drive through, and gave me the wrong drink. If I could give it a 0 I would.

I go to dunkin every single day and I travel for work weekly. I get the sane exact order and get a latte with a bacon egg n cheese croissant. Unfortunately there is no way to order what I like besides like this and minusing the egg and cheese and pay to add more bacon. Essentially I get a $6-$7 croissant with JUST bacon. Every dunkin USUALLY 9.9/10 times gives me extra bacon since im not getting the egg or cheese. The past 2 days I have ordered here due to being next to my hotel. And have regrettably waited an excessive amount of time....only to find a crossint with 3 pieces of bacon. I knew to double check that today and again I only received 3 pieces. I then turned to the hefty blonde taking orders and she looked miserable on top of it throws her hands up and says thats what comes on it. I said ok but thats all I get is the bacon. After considering to just leave and never return, I realized I paid way to much for 3 pieces of bacon. So I went to the nice tall gentlemen who didnt seem aware that I had ordered the extra bacon to begin with. And it was quickly rectified. Still probably won't be back here as there's too many dunkins available for you to have a bad experience like.that even once and make u want have s
