I'm not sure what all these bad reviews are about. Most of them sound like lazy people not wanting to have to repeat their order so the associate gets it correctly as sometimes the headsets are not great or you may have a heavy accent! Or you're just too lazy to go back in and tell them you wanted your drink or sandwich another way. There's so many variables to each coffee and how they're made and you each know we all like our coffees a certain way and if you're willing to spend the money on dunkin you ARE already pickier than most coffee drinkers!
I'm from charlotte and have been here in wilmington for a couple days now because I travel for work. I usually order my dunkin in charlotte where I'm from and from the same exact dunkin for almost 4 years now. This dunkin has not only been beyond helpful and beyond wanting to correct anything even if I ordered my coffee the wrong way. I even forgot to grab my food picking up a mobile order one day and ordered delivery for another sandwich for myself (the other was for my fiance) since I was hungry now and they threw in the sandwich it forgot to pickup with no extra charge and no issues what so ever. All the employees are beyond helpful and so sweet.
IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE SAY SOMETHING TO THEM FIRST. don't run to Google and not even give them a chance to correct whatever your issue "Closed mouths don't get fed"....or atleast fed what they wanted. Smh. Yall silly down here!

We traveled over half an hour to be able to go here. We had to repeat our order multiple times, which I might add was very simple, 2 different drinks, 18 donuts and a muffin. We were shorted 6 donuts and didn't receive the type of donuts we requested. Very disappointed

i ordered for a mobile order through the drive through. they told me they didn’t have the wrap(chorizo egg) i ordered so they substituted for a different wrap(sausage egg and cheese). everything else i ordered was correct. i get home and bite into my supposed sausage egg and cheese wrap. nope. it was a roasted red pepper chicken one. i still ate it as i was starved. half way through i see something BLACK. it was a BLACK HAIR. i was disappointed and disgusted. this is the worst dunkin in the state of north carolina.i’ve never experienced a nice employee there. anyways i was served something not up to their health code. i had to go through their website to request a refund for my order.
Me and my fiance went by there this morning around 830, doors are locked, workers are inside telling us there closed, so we try a order for door dash, we place the order,then get a notification that this location on market st isn't doing delivery orders, we try to call several times the phone just rang and we could see the workers just walking by the phone ignoring it and ignoring people in the drive thru, crap damn service.

Every time I come something is wrong with my order. I just came a few days ago to get the holiday cookie signature latte and it was sooo bitter. I asked for oat milk but they put both whole milk and oat in it. Just wow I wish I didn’t live closest to this Dunkin.

I do not think I have ever left a one star review before. It’s not in my nature and I understand that everyone has rough days. However, on my second visit the service was exactly the same. The man working the drive through was so rude both times. I ordered a potion macchiato and asked for extra ube syrup. I got it with blueberry instead, so when I went inside I asked for a different item and offered to pay again. The man at the window was insistent I ordered blueberry when my roomate in the car with me confirmed I ordered Ube. The two other girls were wonderful and so kind to me, but checking the other reviews everyone else says the same about the employee. It’s really disappointing when I want a sweet treat, tip, and then leave in tears.
