I go to this Dunkin almost everyday (sometimes twice a day??) because the staff make my day every time I go! I leave smiling and feeling appreciated and cared for! All the staff make me feel soooo valued, especially Hannah! I love this place and am so grateful for the service and yummy, consistent coffee!Vegetarian options: You can get breakfast sandwhiches without the meat! And donuts!

Orderd an iced coffee at speaker pulled up to the window and they didn’t even know what I ordered so I told the girl working the window what I ordered at the speaker box which again was an iced coffee so please tell me why I got a large black hot

Darlene owns this location and the way she runs her staff is unacceptable. She hires people who are sub par and does keeps people who aren’t there the whole shifts. It’s sad. I had to clock out half the people at my store half the time bc they weren’t there and didn’t want to get in trouble. I tried to quit and was gas lighted numerous times.

I can say I was truly disappointed in the sandwich I ordered for my daughter. I get it is Dunkin Donuts, but the sandwich was still over $6. The sandwich was cold, and the cheese looked like it was an afterthought. We went through the drive-thru and they were busy which is expected. I would have rather waited an extra 5+ minutes to have the sandwich correct. The gentleman at the drive-thru was very nice and the coffee was fine. Next time I will make sure to check the food prior to driving away.

They burn ur sandwichs poor service ,,no customer service skills poor management can't get ur coffee right give it to u cold when u ordered hot no wonder they have alot of bad reviews on here they should look at their reviews and start getting it together...they all act like they don't know what they doing and the black girl who works at drive thur argues with u on ur order and is rude ...won't answer their phones cause they know they messed up orders ,,ur a business why wouldn't u wanna make the customer happy who's paying to keep y'all open as a business .....answer ur phone!!!!!?
