I wanted to change my review. I did have a bad experience with them at first, but it was also my fault but I have now apologized and so has the manager and we have started the new year outright. I go here every morning they make the best signature latte cookie Drink Ever, I literally go every morning. They are the only ones that make it so good. So give this place a try they’re great

I do not usually go to Dunkin’ Donuts and I won’t be going back to this location. I had an attractions coupon to use and ordered accordingly at the drive through. I told them I had a coupon when I ordered and what it was for. It was for a free donut with a purchase. I had used this same coupon here at this location a few months ago. When I got to the window to pay and handed them my coupon I was told they do not accept this coupon at this location, it’s for the other franchise. I told the girl that I had in fact used this same coupon at this location previously. And she said with the rudest attitude “well maybe they did it that day but not today.” It’s not even about the stupid coupon at this point, it’s about the absolute rudeness coming from the drive through worker. Train your employees to have a pleasant attitude. I was not in any way rude to her to begin with. I’ve worked in customer service before and there’s no excuse for that. And I feel as though they should have honored the coupon. It was for one donut. What poor management. They could have done it if they wanted to. I wanted to just tell her to forget about my order but I did not. I will not be supporting this location.

The donuts were good, but the younger guy at the window didn't say one word besides telling me the price, look I get it, everyone is going through something, but at least say thank you or have a good day, yeesh!!
We ordered half dozen donuts and 2 iced caramel coffees. Coffee was vanilla. We took them back in the store and the manager said he wasn’t remaking the coffees because there was caramel in them. It is his job to make the customer happy.

A couple of times walking into this establishment I witnessed a man in a managerial position treating employees absolutely horrible, talking fast belittling those around him and taking his anger out on those around him, the employees are quite younger than him as well.
