They are always out of glazed donuts. I mean 8am on a weekday morning. This is not just one occasion but multiple. I made the suggestion that they increase their production but they didn’t care! The worst customer service!

It's an amazingly poorly run Dunkin donuts.
Dunkins is designed for speed so it's wild to me that whoever is the general manager of this store doesn't know that it is the worst Dunkin donuts in the East Coast, perhaps the country, all they would have to do is go through the drive through once themselves.
It's by far the slowest Dunkin donuts I've ever experienced.
But that's not all.
The food quality, let's be real, dunkins is awful anyway, but some how these people make the food worse. Likely by selling day old everything and not following cleaning guidelines.
But the most reprehensible thing a coffee shop can do is to sell day old or awful coffee. I can't prove it but I'm certain that the coffee is not up to standard.
If you go inside, do your self a favor and don't peak in back cause it's gross looking and likely going to make you scared to eat or drink anything they serve.
I'll give the general manager or owner credit where it's due though, way to go on dominating the field of bad dunkins. It's amazingly hard to be the worst. Youve done it though.
Should there be any competition, liek a Starbucks or a scooters or a port city java, they will dominate this space if they open up a shop.
I used to drink a cold brew daily but I no longer do because this place sucks so bad. Thanks I guess.

I usually don’t leave reviews for fast food chains, but everything about this location is awful. The iced coffee I ordered tasted like it had zero coffee in it, the bagel had nearly a whole block of cream cheese spread on it, and all of the icing fell off my doughnut in the bag. Also didn’t appreciate waiting 10 minutes just for someone to answer the drive thru intercom.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in all of Wilmington. Everytime I go here the coffee taste like dirty water. Not enough cream not enough sugar not hot. You name it they figure out a way to mess up my coffee. I do what I can to avoid it but it was the easiest to go to and I should have known better. The guy making my coffee was beating the machine to get more sugar out because it was empty. God forbid they refill it to get my coffee right.

Everyone is always super pleasant, they stay on top of what you ask for and make sure everythjng is perfect, great hospitality and clean store as well. All in all great experience!

Wish I could give 0 stars for service. The girl you have at the drive thru window first thing the morning is a piece of work. How is she still employed? I read a few negative reviews on staff and they sound like her for certain. She doesn’t know the menu, argues with customers, and then laughs at people. The dialogue between her and the other girl that works in the opening shift is unprofessional. The only to way to have her have NOT argue with you is to order through the app. Wilmington’s worst Dunkin by a long shot. It’s a shame. Please do better.

I’ve been in a bunch of Dunkin Donuts in my lifetime and have never experienced the lack of professionalism and overall disrespectful nature of this one. We waited in line for 27 minutes before we were ever addressed. We were the only ones in line!!! The two girls working up front kept looking at us, ignoring us, not taking our order, and saying how they are ready to clock out at 10 AM. Please save yourself the absolute horrid experience of going to this Dunkin. I addressed them for their negligence and they laughed in my face. This place i the worst.

We ordered the same coffee but look at the difference it is un drinkable. My question is how does nobody notice when handing this out. I don’t like to complain but this happens so often with this store to the point my wife chooses to go to other locations now instead of this one.
Drive-Thru sucks and the workers there are incompetent.

Food is the same for all Dunkin’s but this one is terrible service. One of the worst drive thru service places Ive ever repeatedly visited but I keep trying. I wish they would get their act together. Oh, and fix the exit to the parking lot. The terribly slow service backs up traffic in their own lot so you can’t get out. Today was the last time I give them a chance. Supposedly there is new management but basic customer service still doesn’t exist. ACKNOWLEDGE the customer in drive-thru when they pull up. Don’t let them sit for 5 minutes after already sitting behind other cars for fifteen. Basic service courtesy should be taught. I’ve never been in the Lowes coffee shop but they advertise directly by mocking this Dunkin. I guess I’ll give them a shot. The Complex Bean across the street is also good if you just want coffee

Stop in whenever I have a craving for a donut. Nice selection of donuts. Friendly staff. If a long drive thru line, I go inside for quicker service.

I wanted to change my review. I did have a bad experience with them at first, but it was also my fault but I have now apologized and so has the manager and we have started the new year outright. I go here every morning they make the best signature latte cookie Drink Ever, I literally go every morning. They are the only ones that make it so good. So give this place a try they’re great
