Thanksgiving morning I asked for large coffee with milk and 2 sugars. It was very hot, so 10 blocks away I started drinking it and they forgot to put milk. Next day I went to get another one and told them about it and window lady got upset I complained and said: you can always comback for the milk, no apology and made me feel bad. I had to throw it away and wasted $3.74. They make mistakes all the time, sometimes they forget the sugar. Hopefully they are trained better and become friendlier. Very rude and unfriendly service.

Stopped in store at 7:50pm Nov. 6, 2025. Walked in was greated, but bakers were stocking shelves with freshly baked donuts. BUT.. we were told they were not for sale, that someone bought all the donuts and they were stocking early for tomorrow and we could not buy any. My wife asked to make sure that we could not buy the donuts that were present in display. No he said that they were for the next day. Preparing early. Ok so people tomorrow are getting day old donuts. If that is your policy do not put them out before you close. But now I know that they sit out all night. That seems unsanitary and how is the quality of product???? Bad business practice cutting corners. Hopefully this is not ignored.

5 people behind a counter. And yet no-one could take my order. Had to use the Kiosk. Was told there would be a 10 minute wait. No apologies or customer services used.

This Shop is my happy place almost every day! Love the chocolate frosted & maple donuts. Especially ! & the Great always -hot coffee !! Been going there for over 20 years . It keeps getting better ! & -The cheerful, super helpful & Quick staff are always terrific . & It is a very demanding whipping up so many orders so fast . They really make it a happy occurrence. They care about getting stuff right ! I take friends & associates there a lot . The remodel is beautiful - though I was sad about the fewer tables . I want to name a few for now that make it so Pleasant: The current manager Cassidy goes above & beyond always & is a real professional & cares about the business . There was previously an ex-military man that was also very proficient . Meghan & Jackie are a dream team & make my favorite hangout A joy to be at in the morning . Whether just the takeout or inside. Both always smiling & personable with high standards of service. They never miss a beat! & are on their best game always . It is truly amazing !! Jeremiah is a summer server on his way to college . The smile !! The charm . He, also though so young, is professional & Caring. Honestly many of the restaurants - even high priced here - are short on excellent servers . It is very disappointing. Being at this Dunkin so often I see the team delivers the same level of friendly, caring FAST service consistently to all customers . Will have to add more names to another post - like Zane & Others . It is truly a tough gig & I’m always amazed by the efforts & friendliness !!

I pulled off into the parking lot next door to write this review. Jackie, the woman at the drive thru had the most amazing energy and customer service. That woman deserves everything good to come to her. What a lovely energy to wake up to - will be back just for Jackie ❤️
Trust the reviews. The staff is slow and rude because the owner operator at this location sets the atmosphere of rudeness. Go to another Dunkin location!
