Bad experience! The wait was 15 minutes in line with a dozen people. The floors and counters were disgustingly dirty. Milk spills and syrups were all over the prep counters. When we finally got to the counter, half (yes, half!) the donut trays were empty. There were SIX employees working. They clearly hated their jobs. We got our order (we thought!) and went to a park to eat, finding that the bagel & cream cheese were missing. Geez!! Drove back, NO apology just a flat affect from the employee. She asked if we wanted it toasted to which we replied no thanks. The next thing we see is the bagel being toasted. The girl got very angry when asked to stop toasting. AWFUL service, low inventory and terrible service! Never going back there!!

Their doughnuts used to be delicious, over the years the quality has steadily been traded for corporate profits. The toasted coconut used to be my favorite donut in the whole world however now they only coat the very top portion of the donut with the coconut and the icing and it is far less tasty and more dry.

Terrible experience. Sat in drive through line for an actual hour. Sat at the speaker with no one in front of me when I finally made it there and no one took my order for 20 minutes. When I first arrived there was maybe 10 cars what the heck. Employees on pills inside rather be high than to do their job. Left and went to Starbucks

I have never been to a Dunkin that is so consistently terrible. Been going to the same one about two years. My order is almost always wrong and if you ask them to fix it, staff is rude and dismissive. In the rare occasion the order is correct, the coffee still tastes terrible.
