This is genuinely some of the best Dunkin’ coffee I’ve ever had! I travel often and visit Dunkin’ locations all over the U.S., including my home area of Charlotte, and this one stands out for its consistency. I've stopped by several times this past week, and every single time, they got my coffee just right—which is impressive because I'm very particular about how I like it. The coffee is always on point, the customer service is exceptional, and the store is incredibly clean. Keep up the great work!

Asked for a sandwich with croissant, egg and white cheddar… got croissant egg bacon and American cheese. Please read the label on the package it clearly stated everything we wanted on it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This has got to be the best Dunkin location in town… Always Pleasant.. I always receive the best customer service from this location.. Especially compared to the other Market Street and military cut off locations… I will go out of my way just to come to this location…. Never ever a single complaint here. Coffees are always amazing. Jessica and her team rock.
Every time I come to this location, the staff is so rude and then ALWAYS mess up my order. They either make it far too sweet or extremely bitter to the point of adding my own sweetener when I get home. And don't even get me started on the staff. If I go inside they glare at me and act as if I'm the worst person in the world for ordering one drink. This place needs new staff or to shut down because this is ridiculous.

I almost feel like i’m not welcome whenever I order here, which isn’t often anymore. I understand it can be a high speed work environment especially in the mornings, but the borderline death stare and the silent but aggressive thrust of the drink out of their drive thru window literally has me sitting in silence for the next five to ten minutes that i’m driving. Like I said, i understand because i’ve worked in environments like Dunkin Donuts before; it can be stressful and overwhelming during the rush. However I go to every business with a kind and respectful attitude because I expect to be treated the way that I treat others.
Additionally, my coffee tasted more of creamer and sugar than coffee. And that stays pretty consistent every time i come to this location. Can’t even bring myself to finish the drink which just makes me feel even worse for spending $7 on a drink that wasn’t good after being treated like i’m intruding for bringing my business to them.
