Terrible customer service. Last time I visited, I had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was even there. This time, mid sentence in my order the worker ignored me and started paying attention to her coworker. I had to interrupt her conversation to get my order placed. Save yourself some time and frustration and find another donut shop.

This is genuinely some of the best Dunkin’ coffee I’ve ever had! I travel often and visit Dunkin’ locations all over the U.S., including my home area of Charlotte, and this one stands out for its consistency. I've stopped by several times this past week, and every single time, they got my coffee just right—which is impressive because I'm very particular about how I like it. The coffee is always on point, the customer service is exceptional, and the store is incredibly clean. Keep up the great work!

Asked for a sandwich with croissant, egg and white cheddar… got croissant egg bacon and American cheese. Please read the label on the package it clearly stated everything we wanted on it.

Especially compared to the other Market Street and military cut off locations… I will go out of my way just to come to this location…. Never ever a single complaint here. Coffees are always amazing. Jessica and her team rock.
Every time I come to this location, the staff is so rude and then ALWAYS mess up my order. They either make it far too sweet or extremely bitter to the point of adding my own sweetener when I get home. And don't even get me started on the staff. If I go inside they glare at me and act as if I'm the worst person in the world for ordering one drink. This place needs new staff or to shut down because this is ridiculous.
