The customer service is truly at an all time low for this establishment. I understand these women are probably paid the standard federal wage but come on. It doesn't matter if your there before or after you drop your kid off at school or in the middle of the day, no matter who you talk to they all act like they have a stick shoved you know where. If they don't like their job they should leave instead they take it out on the customer. Management needs to figure out how to get their employees to sounds and act a little nicer. So the hampstead location lost our business, we'll make the extra drive to surf city. Never had any problems with that location!!!!

People did not greet us or even acknowledge us when we came in. The girl just looked at us until we said hi. We tried to make a joke about something but the girl didn’t even react. Two other people just handed us our food and didn’t say anything when we told them we already ordered. Place had chunks of crumbs on the ground and seats and my donut was tasteless and dry. We won’t return.

This location is trash. They never have adequate supplies, and they always have an attitude. The quality of my order is never consistent. We have to go inside because the drive through is awful!!!!! Do NOT recommend!

Yikes. We were in the area doing some errands and my daughter is a donut fiend and needed her fill. We walked in and at 9:30 it was kind of gross. The floors were a mess, seats gross, and overall not a place you would want to sit and eat at. I ordered a half sweet latte that was not that when it arrived and then the breakfast burrito. The lime crème they put on is odd and when it came out they mixed together my order and another gentleman's so we had to divide up the order. Overall a pretty horrible experience.
