i came here three separate times and ordered loaded hash browns and every time they didn’t make my order and when i asked them for it after 15 mins they just gave me regular hash browns instead (again this happened three times)

I go in and ask for a water since I was dehydrated and was dizzy, there was a line the male cashier eventually gets to me and has an attitude. I ask for a cup of water because I was feeling dehydrated, he rudely says "k but were going to have to charge you." They charge me 50 cents and then ask what size I ask for the biggest size, then he charges me 4 more cents. I wait at the register and he says well hand it to you when we get to it. He walks away and proceeds to make other orders. The lack of basic human decency is astonishing.

I then ask an older lady for a water who was the manager and she said they didn't give you a water? It took about 10 minutes to get a 54 cent water.

They are associated with the college, so you cannot order on the app, use gift cards, or gain points at this location but the convenience for students being next to the parking deck and down the street from the dorms means this is the perfect place to grab a coffee on the way to class or to study. I found this place fantastic, the staff was beyond excellent. They have a decent selection of doughnuts and all your favorite and seasonal coffee beverages. Inside and outside seating was comfortable and convenient.

Slow service, poor communication and lack of respect for customers. We ordered and paid for take out through the App. Both take out and drive through were an option. We chose take. Arrived to pick up our order only to find sign on door indicating lobby is closed. Signs for picking up orders were still displayed in parking lot. Wasn’t sure what we were supposed to do. Waited a few minutes to see if someone would bring out our order. Knocked on door, but got no response. Tried calling, but call went directly to a message informing me the location does not have voice mail set up - clearly not taking calls. I banged on the door loudly and got someone’s attention. I asked where to go to pick up our prepaid takeout order and was told to go through the drive through. So after spending 5-10 minutes trying to figure out how to get our food, we got to spend over 20 minutes going through the drive through to pick up food we had ordered over 30 minutes ago. Food was cold by the time we got to it. What is most frustrating is there was no indication on App or social media of lobby being closed. Other coffee shops with Apps and social media often let customers know of their closures this way. I politely explained my frustration and asked the cashier for a complimentary soda for our inconvenience and was told, “I can’t really do that.”.
