Ordered the parradillada special for pickup. Their menu on their website said $25. When I went to pick it up they said it was $45. When I told them about the issue they said it was an old price. It jumped up $20 and you haven't changed the price???? No offer to compensate or apology.

So sad to rate this. Used to be my absolute fav Mexican spot. The chicken tortilla soup had no chicken and was unbelievably watered down; colored water and rice...I dont even know what to say about the molcajete… just flavorless and a tiny piece of queso fresco that couldnt save it. ?

Unfortunately they don't to go orders. Called in a small order, drove to, then paid only to be told they cook it fresh, which takes about 45 min, food is very good but just make sure you have an hour to spare :)

Delicious! I’ve lived in this area for 6 years. I had no idea this gold mine was just minutes away! I went for the tamales (the most fresh, authentic tamales I have been able to find in Wilmington) & got some tostadas too. Sooo good.

I'm from California and I am still getting used to Burritos in North Carolina that aren't rolled up and sealed at both ends, but I'll get there. Their burritos are delicious and it comes with beans/salad or rice on the side, depending on the dish you choose. All good.

We came 3 times. First experience amazing good food, good service, but the last 2 bad experience with the guy in cash register. We are tourists, so we don't know the menu. that being said we were Infront of some regular costumers and we got moved aside to order after them in a rude way and tone ,and hadPlates dirty.
I knew I was in the right place when I saw there was futbol on the tv. My husband and I both got a torta & verde tamale and everything was delicious. We’ll definitely be back bc the sopas looked good too!
