Super nice place! Love the location and the ‘sea side shanty’ feel we got going on here! I had the salmon BLT and it was very tasty! Only problem with it is they forgot onions on there :/ but we also got the Elijah’s pooboy? I think… anyways it was with flounder and it was super tasty!!!! Looked super tasty on the plate!

Our server was also very nice. Shout out Joe! He also has a cool shark tattoo on his arm. Widderwy.

Service was incredibly slow, food served without tools (no waitstaff for 30 minutes and we had a boil bucket) or condiments) Manager noticed but didn’t seem to be interested in a fast resolution (another five minutes at least). Food was overcooked.

This is a quaint pier-type restaurant. Servings are plentiful, and tasty.. for the most part. I ordered the Mahi-linguine. It was very filling; it could’ve been much better with salt. The Mahi was rubbery because it was completely overcooked.
My company had various meals, with a couple sharing the large bucket. It, too, had some problems: ingredients disproportionate for sharing, and missing sausage.
The positive? The mango margarita was good. Not strong.. but tasty.

Server June was great.
Got fried flounder and shrimp. Fish, shrimp and fries were all luke warm and didn’t seem super fresh.

If you want a nice relaxing evening on the waterfront, this place does not disappoint. My wife had a nice burger and fries and I tried a bowl of the clam chowder. The chowder was loaded with potatoes, lump crabmeat and bacon. Great hearty taste. I also enjoyed a half dozen oyster Rockefeller’s. Very fresh oysters, baked to perfection with spinach and cheese. Our server Steven was very pleasant and entertaining. I have to admit, the bartender Devon makes a heck of a Long Island Iced Tea! Good food selection, great service! We’ll be back!

We had hoped for an enjoyable meal. The place was mostly empty. We ordered appetizers, chowder , oysters and the fried shrimp. We hadn’t finished the appetizers and the table was covered in food. I don’t know what the hurry was. Before the meal was over the check was on the table. We really felt rushed. The food was average. Hush puppies were the best part of the meal.

I came through with my girlfriend for our getaway. I’ve eaten at lots of seafood restaurants in Wilmington and Elijah’s takes the cake. Be sure to ask for Sophia, she provided amazing service and conversation. Management was great too, checking on us frequently.

They were training new servers so it was a bit slow, but when they checked on you they were welcoming, positive & effective! A 4.5 on service 5 the day before when my friend took me. I had the steak salad and added some boiled eggs to it. It really did not need the address - was a large meal. Lots of spinach. The crab cake duo is excellent, but about $30.

They changed the menu it is not worth it anymore! Bar food at best! It’s 8:00pm on a Saturday only 2 other couples in the restaurant the whole restaurant including outside is empty. They no longer have a menu, now it’s a mat on the table with not much on it! But the price is still the same high price bad food!. They have fish tacos, fried fish no more catch of the day! No more seafood pasta dishes, it’s bad order the soup was ice cold, got our salad wrong dressing my blackened shrimp for my salad was frozen not fresh and way over cooked like rubber, got our drinks no straws. This was our go to restaurant for a date night I am sad to say not anymore. Now before you say it’s the off season anyone that has ever eaten here knows better this place on a weekend was always packed!. My wife and I give it 6 months and the doors will be closed!
