We had our first experience at Farfallah. The food preparation and flavors are amazing. We loved the ambiance and service too. We will be back again soon.

Farfalla is the perfect spot for a girls night! They have weekday happy hour from 5-7pm with the most delicious $5 appetizers you’ve ever had. We tried the entire happy hour menu and nothing missed. You will be happy and full leaving, trust me.

Perfect from start to end. Cocktails made to perfection. Server did not miss a beat and was absolutely lovely. Unbeatable happy hour food menu - the happy hour chicken sandwiches... you must.

this place is an old house right on one of the busiest streets in town. The music barely drowned out the traffic noise until a truck came by. Chicken parm was burnt black on one edge and was not tender at all. Plate was so hot you couldn't touch it, but the pasta was cool. The sauce (gravy) was bland. The place had a crowd of young folks on the patio with the traffic noise. More power to them. I won't go back. $125 for mediocre food and 4 glasses of mediocre wine before tip for two in a loud traffic atmosphere. My wife liked her shrimp risoto. We tried very hard to enjoy it. This review is for Farfalla. Food overpriced, atmoshphere 2 star, unless you're 20 yrs old and want to sit on a patio with continuous cars, trucks, and motorcycles going by.

Wonderful dinner. It was a quiet night when we dined but the food was spot on. I enjoyed the roast chicken that was accompanied by a bean stew that was rich in flavor. Finished the dinner with two desserts that you should not miss- tortas and olive oil cake. One suggestion would be to have a sign outside to draw attention to where the restaurant is as you might dry past it without knowing but if you do, put the brakes on, do a u-turn and enjoy a great meal.

First time dining was a wonderful experience. To start, I enjoy the location. Personally I’m not one for downtown and busy areas so this location is right up my alley. We chose to sit outside as it was a beautiful evening and it felt private with the trees behind the patio area.

It wasn’t busy so we were able to sit immediately and our server was amazing from the start. We came during happy hour so we had the option of the happy hour menu. My friends opted for one of each of the offered happy hour menu items and also got the Spritz Flights which were super refreshing and light with our meals.

I grew up on Italian home cooking and recently lost my grandmother who made her Italian homemade meatballs, pastas, sauces etc and have been craving something that tastes legitimate since losing her. EVERYTHING sounded so intriguing on the menu.

I opted for the meatballs, an artichoke antipasto dish and a bolognese because I couldn’t help myself. Our server took the time to let me know that their portion sizes are pretty large and that it would be a lot of food which I appreciated very much, as I know some people will find a reason to complain about anything and everything. I welcomed it because Italian leftovers make for a happy tomorrow.

The portion sizes were very impressive just like she said, and that includes the $5 happy hour menu, you won’t leave hungry! The flavors were on point, and while they may not be my grandmothers… “madone!” they were fresh, intentional (as well as the plating) and definitely made in house.

We were graced with a wonderful dessert compliments of the chef that our server informed us was new, a chocolate mousse with hazelnut, pistachio, strawberry and whipped cream. A touch so kind of the chef, delicious and well done and made our night. I’d also like to add that our server offered to exchange our silverware as we shared some items, and small touches like this in hospitality are unfortunately rare these days but stand out, and she did.

We did receive some unsettling news that was occurring in town during dinner and while our server was the first to inform us of it, I would like to acknowledge how kind & calmly she both informed us as well as checked back in to see if we were able to get in touch with our people. As a restaurant GM myself, there is a right & wrong way to handle such a situation and she did it with grace.

We had a wonderful evening here all around and will absolutely return as soon as possible.

After a bike ride around Greenfield Lake we decided spontaneously to stop at Farfalla mostly for nostalgic reasons. We used to come here a lot when it was called Mariposa and were curious to see what was happening in our old haunt. We were so so happy with everything- the food, the diet accommodations and also the wine choices. Next time we will try their cannoli. Perfect for a romantic dinner out- combine it with a walk or bike ride on the 4 mile lake shore drive loop around Greenfield lake or just come here for a pleasant evening.

Remove a star for the difficult parking situation. Add it right back because the food is THAT good. We had three appetizers and three entrees and all were top drawer. That kitchen knows what they are doing. Our server, Laura, was perfect. Attentive but not intrusive. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely incredible food! From start to finish the entire experience was romantic, delicious and fun!
The chef has magic in his hands and treated us like family. If you’re looking for a quaint quiet Italian with big portions and superb flavors look no further than Farfalla.

This was our 2nd time visiting and they knocked out of the park again. Last night we had the Artichoke, Risotto, Olive Oil Poached Halibut, and the Pistachio Gelato with the most amazing donut. Every item we ordered was SO delicious. Chef Dan is very passionate about what he does and you can tell with each item on the menu. We were so impressed by the kick that the risotto had we had to ask about it and when we found out that the lobster stock takes 4 hrs we knew that this place goes the extra mile. We highly recommend Farfalla!

We had a very nice time at farfalla recently!
Parking: it’s a little dicey, there is a small gravel parking lot behind the restaurant which is shared with Benny’s pizza restaurant and at the time was full but we ended up parking on the street right in front of the restaurant. There was a 2hr limit but free! Also it only accommodates around 3 cars.
Reservation/ambiance: I highly suggest making a reservation and going early. We made a reservation at 6pm on Friday and there were only a few other people there. It’s was quiet, cozy, and intimate. By the time we left ~8pm it was packed and loud, the acoustics made it difficult to hear the person from across the table.
Food: delicious! Everyone in our party ordered something different and there were no complaints. The menu was a little on the simple side, 6 or 8 main dishes so I’d recommend looking at the menu prior to making a reservation. I was surprised by the salad that came with the Sfincione; it was absolutely incredible!
Service: we had lovely service! Very attentive when we first arrived but as they became busy it waned.
Overall I would recommend this restaurant to someone who was looking for a delicious Italian dinner.
