We ordered a 4 foot, half Italian and half American hero for our New Year’s Day family celebration from Empire Bagels. To say that we were pleased would be an understatement. Everyone raved about the freshness and taste and how filling they were! The Boarshead deli meat and cheese were piled high, and the price was more than reasonable for what we received. Thanks so much for making our little celebration a hit! We’ll definitely be ordering again!

The Quality of food has unfortunately changed with the new owners. Kinda stinks because I used to go to this spot alot. Everything bagels only had a few sesame seeds and poppy seeds and was pretty hard. Egg was overcooked and bland. Coffee is also $3 for a medium cup. Hope you all have better luck then we had.

Bagels were AMAZING. Unfortunately won't be back due to the customer service. First guy we talked to was super friendly, second guys was terrible. Was rude, on his phone, etc. Too bad because again the food was so good

This place used to be so good a few years back. It's getting worse by the day. I have to say I have made my last stop here forever. The service is terrible, I feel like I'm bothering them when I walk in the door. Same goes for the food. Bagels are trash and the sandwiches are better prepackaged at food lion than they are from this place.
