Chicken lo mein had no flavor, fried rice that was on combo was literally rice and soy sauce no veggies added, shrimp and steak hibachi had no flavor either used the smallest shrimp and steak was cheap . You get what you pay here for sure. Best thing was the service at the counter.

Tipped in advanced.. HUGE MISTAKE!!!! DON’T DO IT. I have been ordering here for years and usually tip cash but when you tip in advance expect your delivery to take well over an hour. I live across the street. Just go with paper crane much better food, experience, customer service and delivery.

I usually order delivery and have done so at least 20 times. The food usually arrives in about 20 minutes and is always delicious and perfectly cooked. The drivers are always polite and friendly. What more could you ask for?

Egg rolls were FILLED and well cooked. "Crab Rangoons" had good flavor, but were a disappointment. House fried rice was bland, at best.
General Tao chicken was all batter with no chicken. Fried rice was terrible And the sauce was all jellied , in the trash it went Don’t waste your time or money. Horrible

I remember having Fire Bowl as a young teen and it being some of the best takeout ever. Now that we're back on this side of town, we've been wanting to try it again. Disappointed is the only thought I have right now. We ordered through GrubHub for delivery in this afternoon, and that came within a reasonable time (30-40ish minutes). Now to the food: 1) Honey Shrimp - a favorite according to the menu. The shrimp itself was decent, but the sweet mayonnaise sauce was interesting. Good amount of walnuts. 2) Hot & Sour Soup - It was alright. I've had some with a little mor flavor. 3) Chili Ginger Chicken - Mushy, strong ginger flavor, meh.. 4) Cheese Wontons - Had Krab in them, which we were fine with, but if someone's expecting only cheese that could be an issue. Also a little over fried/oily. I'm hoping we just ordered the wrong things. May try again... not sure.
