I ordered a large honey ham and cheese sub with lettuce, chopped pickles, extra mayo and extra mustard and they gave me only ham, cheese, and a little mayo. Plus part of the sub had no meat and cheese at all. It looked disgusting. Had to drive all the way back to get a replacement and got a half hearted sorry.

I hadn't eaten at Firehouse Subs since having moved to Wilmington 7+ years ago, so I figured we could give them a try. And what do you know, they got it wrong. Added items to the sandwich I asked to leave off. And when went back inside to get it resolved, they all gave me an unwelcome look, as if it were my fault. Once I got the sandwich corrected, it tasted ok. But I doubt I will return there anytime soon, if ever.

Worst sandwich I’ve ever had. The bread didn’t even have yeast in it or something it was flat or raw like it had been smashed or sat on. If im gonna pay $17 for a large sandwich I want it to at least be edible. Never ever again. Learned my lesson this time. This store should be ashamed of itself

I love their food it's a darn shame that they don't know customer service. I told the young lady making the sandwiches and putting the orders together that she did not put my cookies in there and she literally argued with me and said yes I did I had to pull my sandwiches out and turn the bag over to prove to her that there was nothing else in there. It was so rude of her didn't say thank you, have a good day, no smile on her face.... just rude. I would hope you guys hired better employees than that. But I guess it's hard to find good retail/fast food employees these days. Sadly

Went in today 5-3-24 around 5 and man the staff was nice, service was quick, and it's one of the better subs I have had from here, give them people a raise! They deserve it!
