I love their food it's a darn shame that they don't know customer service. I told the young lady making the sandwiches and putting the orders together that she did not put my cookies in there and she literally argued with me and said yes I did I had to pull my sandwiches out and turn the bag over to prove to her that there was nothing else in there. It was so rude of her didn't say thank you, have a good day, no smile on her face.... just rude. I would hope you...
It's ok to park in the back in the huge parking lot for the whole shopping center; they have a back door that makes it convenient. Honestly the actual parking lot for this place is absolutely horrible. Imagine being offended by a parking lot! Not necessary: just park in the back. Nice place to stop for a quick lunch. Everything was made to order, and brought to our table. The location wasn’t the easiest to get to, and the parking lot was oddly laid out - but when we finally made it inside, the staff was friendly and the sandwiches “hit the spot”.
