I love going to this firehouse subs! Every time I go in there everyone is so nice and they always make my sandwich exactly how I like it! It's nice to be able to go to a restaurant and know they're going to take care of you especially for someone like me who is a picky eater and likes things modified. They always ate happy to accommodate. The owners are also some of the nicest people I've ever met!

I had my 2nd bad experience at the Monkey Junction store tonight. Excellent food and service usually good. I got two hook and ladders and one Thanksgiving sandwich. I was asked if I wanted the gravy for a dollar and I said yes. I got there and my bag was ready so I paid and took it home. When my wife opened the bag there was no gravy. To my wife ,that's what makes the sandwich. So I proceeded to call them and the young girl that answered and I told her they forgot to put the gravy in the bag. She said I needed to bring my receipt and they would give me the gravy. I checked the bag and there was no receipt so I told her I didn't get a receipt. She again said she needed the receipt to give me the gravy. Already aggravated

Today was the worse experience they made my 2 orders wrong. The employees placed nothing but a bunch of sauce & lettuce on one side wth barely any meat on my sandwich?! They have young people working that do not care about what they’re doing terrible service. I ordered ahead of time and paid for my large order ahead. Now I know never to order ahead so that I can see what these lazy young workers are doing to my order nxt time.
