So good!!! We have never been before so we thought we would try something new. We didn't realize we had gotten there right at open, but the gentleman, was quick and ready to serve us!! It was so good!! So hot! The fries were perfect, crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. And the burger was juicy!! It cost more than we expected but it was delicous

I've had significantly better experiences in the past with French's. Ordered a couple of cheeseburgers and fries to go. Like my previous visits the fries were hot and tasty as they are cooked to order. Sadly the same couldn't be said for the burgers. Had I been blindfolded as for a taste test I would have been hard pressed to have identified them as burgers. Except for the condiments they had next to no flavor and the texture was more like a minced meat than that of a typical ground. Very disappointing to say the least. That said, all my previous stops here were very satisfactory and as a person with many years experience in the food service industry I know that even the finest 5 star restaurants have an off day occasionally. So I won't write French's off yet without at least one more try. I sincerely hope that this experience was just a fluke and not a new norm.

Really liked the hamburger I had. Somewhat different having chili, mustard, and slaw on it, but it was a good kind of different.

Typical home grown burger shop. Good burger, good portions, served quickly. Cashier need to be a bit friendlier to the customer's and at least acknowledge a "Thank you". On the fence if I will return.

French's has great burgers - nice and juicy! However, customer service was not the greatest. Floor was dirty and cook did not wear gloves. Wish we could have experienced this place in its glory days.
