Being gluten free, i was a bit disappointed that even with gluten free noodles the ramen still isn’t gluten free. But their poke hit the spot. They were very knowledgeable on what I could eat which I always appreciate.
This place is a favorite of my fiancé and I. I recommend the dumplings and the fun bowl number 1. They seemed a bit understaffed this last time we went, there was one waitress and one of the cooks was coming out to take orders when he could walk away from the kitchen. That being said she did a great job of running around and keeping up with a full store and putting together to-go orders.
Absolutely amazing ramen—easily the best I’ve had! The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are perfect, and the toppings are super fresh. The vibe is great and the staff is friendly. It definitely is a must-try in Wilmington. I would highly recommend for Dinner.
