Good Ramen and poke place located in downtown Wilmington, NC. Could never get enough from this place especially on a cold weather sipping on a nice warm bowl of Ramen soup. Their meat selection is pretty good as well. You won't be disappointed....
We ended up coming here twice during a two day trip to Wilmington. The vegetarian version of spicy miso ramen is so so good, the broth is amazing, the tofu is so well cooked (typically people just toss poorly cooked tofu in the ramen). Even the noodle texture is great. Easily one of my favorite ramens, as a vegetarian / vegan.
WOW. I didn’t want to stop eating. Broth is incredibly flavorful. Beef is so tender. I love the option to add extra toppings ( boiled egg is a must!!! ) This is a must try spot in Wilmington that I will 100% be returning to. Thank you for delicious food! 🙏🏼
