The menu features a bone-in rib eye and a Wagyu fillet, both prepared and seasoned well. Short rib and fillet portions are large, and the wedge salad and scalloped potatoes are also available. The restaurant staff, including managers Patrice and Grant, are friendly, attentive, and responsive, ensuring customers are taken care of. Despite a slight disappointment with the size of the rib eye, the overall experience was great, and G Prime is considered one of the finest dining options in Wilmington.
