I love their cookies. I don't get them every time I go to the mall but there's just days where I want a cookie and I'm like "I want one- no... I want two from Great American Cookies" haha. I love their snicker doodle cookies

I have had these cookies before ( it has been a couple of years)they where not not horrible. But today my daughter just brought this box to our house. Flat out gross. They will go in the garbage total waste of money. Has something changed there? Recipe maybe? Plain ones where just as bad as the iced ones..

This place is always a stop my wife and I make when we are at the mall. The cookies are always so good! Austin is always welcoming and friendly every time we go there as well!

Jerry is top notch! Ordered a custom cookie card today! Had a question about my order after it was delivered by DoorDash! He remembered my order & answered all my questions. Went above a beyond! The message/writing was PERFECT! ? Thank you again!

I ordered a cookie cake in advance online from the same company in Fayetteville, NC where I live. We have learned to follow up with online orders there and they told us the day before that our cookie cake wouldn’t be ready until hours after the party the next day. In a panic, I ordered online in Wilmington for my parents to pick up that same day and bring here for the party the next day. We called to confirm that it could actually be done. They were awesome! My parents picked it up 3 hours later and the decorations far exceeded my expectations! All I said was it was for a murder mystery party and this is what they pulled out in such a short time. We will travel toWilmington (or send my parents who live there) before ordering a cookie cake from anyone else!

Very disappointed in what I just got. Was not what I asked for or the price I was told. Won't be ordering anything again

Great experience from start to finish. Had a last minute cookie order and they executed it beautifully. Everything tasted amazing and they did a fantastic job.
