Blackened Honey Mustard Chicken Bites
Bite-size all whole chicken breast, blackened deglazed, and rolled in homemade dijon honey mustard better than the fast-food chicken nuggets and of course healthier.
Black Beans and Rice
Brown rice and black bean mix with cumin, Mexican seasoning blend, and fresh cilantro.
Spinach Salad
Fresh spinach, tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, and tri-colored peppers. Served with homemade honey mustard dressing.

Butternut Squash Vegetarian Lasagna
Made with thinly sliced butternut squash as noodles and packed with pureed veggies. Soaked with golden brown with part-skim milk ricotta and mozzarella cheese and feta cheese. Gluten-free.
Chile Verde Pork
Mouthwatering pulled pork baked overnight, marinated in a light ancho chili salsa verde with fresh cilantro and lime juice, and stuffed in an all wheat tortilla shell, perfect for the Mexican night craving. Gluten-free.
Baked Ziti with Lean Turkey
Tri-colored veggie pasta with our 97% lean ground turkey. Baked in crushed tomatoes with fresh basil and garlic our homemade tomato sauce, part-skim mozzarella, and ricotta cheese. Topped with a parmesan crust.

Not impressed. I was looking for fully cooked meals. What I got, cooked pieces of protein with all raw veggies. I’m guessing the raw veggies are supposed to cook in 2 mins per the microwave instructions? One meal was a piece of protein and the rest was raw kale, to be cooked in the microwave for 2-3mins. Last I checked, steamed kale takes 7mins to cook.I’ll be eating the meals so the food doesn’t waste, but I respectfully will not be reordering.

Ive only been getting meals for two weeks and am already obsessed! The food is so fresh and delicious and every box is different. The price is also amazing for what you get. In every way this is better than any other meal delivery service I’ve tried in the past. It’s hard to find vegan meals in Wilmington or have the time to make them myself, but I feel like with GLC I have finally found a sustainable diet plan. Thank you!

I work at NHRMC on one of the COVID units and the organization has been stocking our fridges with grab and go meals from this place and they are delicious. I couldn’t ask for a better meal to help me get through the day and feel nourished. Thank you guys!
