Great experience, except for one of the owners Lee.

My wife and I have a had great experiences coming here, the coffee is fantastic and the workers are always kind and efficient. Our most recent trip was no different with the exception of the co-owner Lee being present. After ordering our coffee all we could hear was the owner being rude, and condescending to the workers behind the counter. Lee made it a very uncomfortable wait while our coffee was being prepared. It was very disappointing to see as the workers and the atmosphere are typically one of the highlights of our visits.

Again, the coffee and workers are great, but Lee should show more considerations to his employees and patrons.

A little hideaway worth finding! My friends and I are on the hunt for all the unique coffee spots in the area, and we loved this one. We tried one of the house favorite coffees — it was excellent — the people were great, and there’s a wonderful store attached. You should definitely go!

I have been coming to this coffee shop for a little over two years. The coffee is always great! The staff is very kind, the building is an amazing piece of history. 10/10 all around. My go to coffee shop

If you go to Scott’s hill Baptist, or ALA, or any events in this area then this is the perfect location to stop and grab coffee and a muffin!

Delicious, strong coffee every time. I love their coffee.

While the service and atmosphere were great the coffee just wasn't. My latte and my husband's both tasted strongly of brown sugar although neither of us ordered brown sugar syrup. It seems as though the espresso is brewed with brown sugar which I wish I was told about ahead of time as I do not like brown sugar. It was such a a strong taste that I could not taste the caramel flavoring I did get and pay extra for.

Love this place! Such a good coffee menu, friendly employees and an awesome space. I love bringing my babe here to see the horses next door and play outside!
