This is a pleasant place to sit and enjoy a quiet meal and have a conversation with a friend. I especially like their mushroom Swiss cheeseburger, which is delicious and no other fast food chains have it on their menu.
Parking: Located near the Novant hospital, pstreet. Lot is easily accessible from 16th street and 17th steet.
The young lady at the drive thru window was very snappy. She was rushing through the order, repeated it correctly but, somehow the items did not all make it inside the bag. I've visited the location several times and each experience was unique.

This was the 3rd time they messed up my order. Which is the #5 combo as a double. When I get home, I have a failed version of a bacon cheeseburger with 2 small patties with no lettuce tomato pickles............ even the location on Carolina Blvd, the same mess. I really like Hardee's, and I hope someone reads that can help with this issue.....

Honestly I’m tired of going to this location everytime the wait time is unreasonable long I get and respect the short staff but come on everytime now? This time I went to get a mushroom Swiss burger and when I did it was wrong again. I’m just not going to buy there it’s service is going down and it’s not the staffs fault but please do something soon but until then I’m steering clear

It was a good place to sit down and eat. Employees were very effective in taking our orders ,making sure they were right and asking us what's kind of condiments we needed .they proceeded with good attitudes. The atmosphere was nice.

Let me start by apologizing for being a paying customer and giving the 1970 S 17th Street, Wilmington NC location business this morning. It was very clear that the young lady that was working the drive-thru on 11/14/2024 at 8:30am was inconvenienced by having to work today and earn her paycheck. She was rude with an attitude!!! I am so sorry this young lady that works for this company wanted to just show up today and get paid without having any customer service skills. If it was not for the paying customers that come to your business she would probably not have her job. Paying customers is what keeps the business open and employees with a paycheck. This is to the young lady that had the attitude " Please do all the consumers a big favor, if you hate your JOB that much, QUIT so that someone else who really wants to work can!!!!!"

We got chicken tenders... omg, so yummy! Fresh, not frozen, like most restaurants.
I stopped in to grab some food, the wings was so dry tasting like old oil was also cold. Poor customer service. Then when you call to complain no one answered ? ? ?
