Very short staffed 1 person running front & drive thru. She was polite but looked like she was running the entire place as she had to go in the back to get our order together on top of taking our order. I felt bad for her. Inside wasn't clean or sanitary feeling but if she had to clean on top of everything else she def had no time for it. There was another male employee in the restaurant that spent the entire time just walking around & not helping her at all. Haven't made it home to try the food yet but hope it was worth the wait. This use to be a nice location but has definitely gone down in the past years. I'd say its best for retirees going for coffee & breakfast more than anything else now.

I tried the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. That was the worst excuse of a chicken sandwich I've ever had. The breading had pretty much slid off of the freezer burnt chicken. Terrible!

Not mentioned below but it should be I always get the #6 Mushroom Swiss burger. I tried the Chicken Breast once It was a huge portion but it's in dire need of some type of Seasoning in the breading it practically had no flavor at all.
12/14/23 1st ham biscuit received i turned back around to let them feel how HARD the biscuit was no lie it was hard as a brick...2nd biscuit was the same exact way so i wasted time and money....I couldn't turn back around for that because i would've been late to work...not sure what the problem is but please don't work in fast foods if you really don't care

This store is horrible,, service is terrible,,staff is even worse,,,they wall around with there pants hanging off there butts,,when asked if he can pull up his pants was told not to look at him,, spoke with manager Chris who stated this was acceptable,,i have never been so suprised to hear that from management...this store cant get anymore of my money I will never go there again,,17th street in Wilmington nc
