Terrible experience at this location. First, I went through the drive through. After I placed me order, I sat at the window for 20 minutes waiting on my food. Meanwhile, the workers were standing around and throwing candy at each other. When I finally got my food, my fries were cold, and my burger was old and hard around the edges of the patty. I went back to the store and returned my food and asked for a refund. What I experienced was staff yelling to each other and complete chaos in the store. Other patrons were also frustrated and having an experience similar to mine. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Complete Chaos! Yelling at the kitchen, rude to customers. Very ghetto environment. To professionalism or good work ethic. Waited 20+ minutes for “fast food.” When I got it fries were soggy and burger was mushy. I waited so long I just dealt with it. The only saving grace was the cashier, polite and very kind.

I went through the drive through on 5/11 at this location and received old food that had been sitting under the warming lamp, nothing was fresh and even the milkshake was the wrong size. The next day, I returned to have my order replaced and was told since I did not have the paper receipt I could not get a refund or have the order replaced. However, I had my app with proof of purchase, as well as a screenshot of my bank statement showing proof of purchase as well (location , amount, plus my app showed the exact order.) I was refused any solution and told to bring the paper receipt and they’d replace the order. Once I found my paper receipt, 3 weeks later, I did just that. Expecting them to rectify a terrible situation. I was not rude, entitled, but simply asked for a solution based decision to be made. April, who is apparently the unqualified manager who condescendingly berated me on the phone, was of no help. Instead opting to try and use the small bit of authority she felt she had in a way that did this franchise a disservice. She also refused to give me corporates information and her name, it’s also off putting yet a sign that none of the employees are entrusted to make a single choice themselves but a mediocre manager who is nasty to speak with was forced to be called. I try to give grace the world is hard and people are trying to survive but lord knows common sense and customer etiquette simply doesn’t exist with these “women.”
