My partner and I came in got a chicken wrap, and two mushroom Swiss burgers…. I asked for the burgers to be done in “low carb” with extra lettuce….. and I still got them with bread on them, and my whole reason for going to Hardy’s in the first place is because I can get my burgers in low carb….. seriously not happy at all right now, and then when I called to speak to someone about it, no one answered the phone

The people that work here are rude, terrible people. Nothing about fast food is cheap today. Service has gone to nothing. The fact employees are not afraid to treat customers they way they do now, really says a lot. Stores like this are dying not becuase of the food. The food is usually good. It's the terrible people that work there.

Was displeased with service was charged 1.00 for lemonade and when asked to fill the cup she argued that they had a fill line for ice mind you I got it without ice I was about to cancel my order all together I go to Hardee’s in tarheel once a week and NEVER HAVE THIS PROBLEM food was so so

Not very busy at night, but service and food is always very good. Kind staff and hot fresh food. Could be a little cleaner but a great place to stop for a quick meal.

I hate to say it but the front end staff at this location just ain’t worth a damn thing. They are either inappropriate to the max or frankly so rude that it really is not worth the trouble to go into the restaurant. Good luck with the drive-through as the employee behind the microphone is probably not even listening and putting in your order wrong and if you go in the morning you might even be lucky enough to get mean mugged by the rudest elderly staff that seem to just not even care anymore. It’s a shame because the cook staff at this location are ON POINT and understand the assignment when it comes to the food, because it’s always been hot and fresh. It’s a shame that the cook staff has to have the accomplishment drowned out by the rudest staff in the area.
