“I’m usually in this location at least once or twice a week. The food is always consistently great, with a great variety of options, along with the seasonal options that are a tasty chnage (turkey burnt ends are amazing!). The atmosphere is great, it’s always clean, and the staff is great. Specifically James, he always has a great attitude and actually made the effort to learn my name, introduce me to the other team members, and even some other customers at times. There are times where I’ve walked in the door and James has hollered out “Hey, Craig is here!”. I understand this type of conversation may not be for everyone, and James never makes it uncomfortable with the attention. He knows his customers and treats them well.
