It has a relaxing atmosphere, but when you walk in you’re ignored and have figured out who works there. My order wasn’t ready either. I waited five to ten minutes. That’s not acceptable. I feel you have to be on top of things in this competitive world. Next time I’ll go elsewhere.

Our daughter-in-law has ciliac disease and our waitress was absolutely phenomenal! She made several trips to the kitchen to ensure our daughter-in-law didn't get any cross-contaminated food. 10/5 for Hell's Kitchen.

Good prices, I had the Devils burger and I thought it was good. It's a lot of ingredients and there isn't a definite flavor but it is a huge burger, cooked to a proper medium temperature and filling.
