Nice atmosphere kind of an upscale casual vibe. Portion size & pricing was very good. The wheels came off the bus when it came to service though. While it was essentially friendly. it was also very amateurish. 30+ minutes with no food, checking on us, and so forth. Once the food arrived, no refills on drinks, no stopping by and checking to see if the meal was OK and so forth. I ordered she crab bisque. It was so salty that you would have thought it was made with ocean water. It also had several shells in it, would should have been picked out of the crabs during preparation. The staff was very friendly and attentive, but I would not recommend the bisque.
Typical skinny mall type parking, so expect a hike when they're busy. Decent standard fare menu with a few interesting twists on classic themed American comfort food. Staff is ok but more young and could use courtesy training...nothing really negative, but lacking positive enthusiasm which does enhance a restaurant/ bar experience. It will do, but if you're going far out your way, maybe research a bit more first.
