Took 30 minutes to make sushi and a small poke bowl. One person was there doing everything and the service was NOT good.

I dislike writing this review because I used to visit this place frequently. However, during my recent visit with my boyfriend a couple of nights ago, the atmosphere was terrible, and the staff was even worse. There was a young lady at the cashier dressed as a cat, with cat-themed makeup, which I believe is inappropriate for a work environment.
While my boyfriend and I were eating, we noticed tiny roaches crawling up the wall, which completely disgusted us. We decided to leave immediately. I don't know what has happened to this establishment to cause such a decline, but it really should be shut down. This place is unsanitary and appears to be in violation of multiple health codes!

No clear organization or management. Several easy to spot health code violations and extremely poor service. One grill is not enough to keep up with the amount of orders pouring in.
There were so many orders they were getting confused and making a lot of mistakes. Waited for more than an hour to get a takeout order #85 - several orders that ordered after us (#92 and 93 specifically in store but also about 6 or so doordash orders) were filled before ours were even started. There was a group of 6 waiting on orders made before ours sitting at a table! They also had a line up of several entrees in containers just sitting out getting cold and no one seemed to know what they were for. More emphasis seemed to be put on doordash orders than customers actually in the building. I took the time to come to your restaurant not order sitting on my ass at home. Pretty freakin shoddy service all around. Honestly, the food is genuinely good but really not worth the hassle.

This place has all the potential in the world and is in a great location. I don't know what has happened recently if it's the people they've hired.

Let me just say if you like beard hair and dandruff in your chicken, your steak overcooked, and the taste of soap and sourness and the tea, you're going to love this place.

That's right. I found a guy's bearded hair in my chicken, every time I get steak here it's overcooked, and I don't know what the hell is in that tea, but I don't think that they sanitize or clean properly.

It honestly looks like they've hired some lazy people and you're getting these results. Whoever owns this. Fix your business or you're going to implode.

As I sit here and read other reviews, there is a common theme I am seeing of sour unsatisfactory food. Dirty environment. Okay staff. And worst of all, I see responses from the owner saying these things will be addressed and those comments are over 8 months ago and these issues are consistently happening.

Sincerely never coming back.

I've been here a couple times and never had a bad experience but a came in for a chicken bowl today and got chicken soup instead, I would have been better off eat8ng it with a spoon. Rice was really gummy. I'm not big on leaving negative reviews but that chicken soup bowl was awful, kinda disappointed

I had sushi and it was fine but my daughter had the teriyaki chicken and got food poisoning. Very saddening she has never had that before. Would not recommend.

Please be careful with the menu pricing. I went for lunch and the price was $9.75 on the specials board and it rang up as $11.25. The food was ok, but the increased price was not disclosed when ordering and not until I questioned it. The cashier pointed to a paper taped to the wall with increased prices due to increased food costs that was away from the specials board I referenced/ordered from. Well, why not just update all menus for transparency with exact prices for all items?
This could be a bit of a scam in reality and many may not even care or question their bill. I probably will not be back due to the misleading menu advertising.

Not sure what the issue is at this place. Lots of bad reviews, but not much changes I guess. I ordered a terriyaki chicken bowl to-go. After watching at least 2 to 3 other orders placed after me come and go, not to mention several dash orders in between, someone finally asked my name/order, which hadnt even been made yet. The kid at the register couldnt put his phone down long enough to hardly acknowledge me to take my order or get my name when I paid, at that. I guess instagram was more important. I guess I shouldnt be surprised. Good help is hard to find at $12/hr. In the end, I guess my order got rushed, leaving a very strange taste. I hadn't been to this Hibachi location in a few years, but I think I know why now.

I ordered a shrimp hibachi via doordash and the whole thing was just sour. Not sure if it’s because of the sauce or what but it’s gross. I added noodles and broccoli for an up-charge but the broccoli was yellow and mushy and noodles were sour and the shrimps were super small. Don’t recommend.
