Food is OK at best. My complaint is about the same. Since the food is Fast Food quality food, then why does it take so long to get your food after ordering? Today ordered at 11:07 AM just a few customers inside. The gentleman that ordered after me got his food before me. All in all poor food, poor service. I ate here because the other Chinse Restaurant's in the area are closed on Tuesday. When the Korean restaurant opens three doors down it will probably be the demise of this average food stop. I will not return.

I was visiting town and was so excited to try a new Hibachi restaurant. What a disappointment. I placed a take out order on the phone for Hibachi chicken with fried rice and was told that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived to the restaurant about 20 minutes later only to be told by an employee that my order was still being prepared. I sat down and proceeded to wait for about ten more minutes. The restaurant had a bunch of other customers waiting for their orders, so it was evident that the restaurant was backed up. A few more minutes passed, and I asked one of the boys behind the counter when my order will be ready. He stated it was coming right up. After finally receiving my order, I asked for white sauce and was rudely told it was at the back of the restaurant. After all that waiting, the food was cold and tasted disgusting. The rice and chicken were dry and had no flavor whatsoever. I ate half of the plate and threw the rest away. I will never be returning!

Ordered 2 steak and chicken entrees, but only got one. Luckily I wasn't charged for 2. The food is not as flavorful as it once was.

Stopped in for a California roll. The young people behind the counters were some of the best I've encountered in a while. They cared about the customers, are fast and efficient and are very pleasant. I wanted water but they ran out of bottles so I was offered a cup. I didn't want to waste the cup and asked if I could fill up my water bottle instead. No problem. They even brought orders to customers rather than call out numbers for us to pick up!

I regret to say that my recent visit to Hibachi Bistro was far from satisfying. Both my husband and I ordered teriyaki dishes - I had the chicken, and he opted for the steak. Unfortunately, the meals fell drastically short of our expectations. The chicken teriyaki resembled wet dog food more than it did a flavorful dish from a reputable restaurant. There was an alarming absence of taste, leaving me with a rather unappetizing meal. My husband's steak teriyaki was equally disappointing. It tasted old, as if it had been cooked weeks prior and merely reheated for our order. This experience was, in all honesty, quite horrible. We had hoped for a pleasant dining experience but were met with subpar food that lacked any semblance of freshness or flavor. In hindsight, we should have heeded the warnings from previous reviews.I sincerely hope that Hibachi Bistro takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their food quality. As it stands, we will never return to Hibachi Bistro!Rating: ⭐

Went into order and they didn't have 2 of the menu items we wanted. And then the food we did get was so bland and gross we could hardly eat it.I got hibachi chx and steak and both the steak and the chx were so bland it was as if they boiled the meat to cook it and rhe veg was just mush. The only thing edible was the rice.My wife got the hibachi chx w fried rice after they were out of the Korean pork and noodles and it was just as bad as mine. Also got an order of goyza and they tasted as if they were hours hold just sitting under a hot lamp. Mushy and stale all at the same time with 0 flavor.I don't think we will be returning

The place is EMPTY, I placed my order at 7:12pm and the cook barely put my steak on the grill at 7:33pm cause he was walking around doing nothing. I waited 20 minutes before they started my order, and it was DEAD.

Update: I have revised my rating from 3 to 4 stars owing to the improved quality of the steak, surpassing my previous recollections, and a heightened sanitation score. Opting to grant this restaurant another opportunity, it appears they have made significant strides in both culinary prowess and maintaining cleanliness standards. The white sauce continues to impress with its consistency, and I am pleased to report that both the teriyaki steak and hibachi steak now boast commendable flavors. Furthermore, the staff's amiable disposition remains consistent, as it always has been.

Ordered on doordash, but steak wasn’t even close to the requested temp. Ordered med-rare, here’s the result attached. Spring rolls - really good, noodles - not good (taste like and has consistency of spaghetti instead of Yakisoba. No/low seasoning on meats, A few things good - mostly bad. Wouldn’t go back just my 2 cents.

Quick little place to get a bunch of food for not too much. Definitely made 2 meals with mine. This last time I went the rice wasn't cooked all the way through. But, I just took it home for left over, put it in a microwave safe bowl, added a teaspoon of water, put a saran wrap over it, heated it for 2 min, let it sit, and the rice was perfect after that. Good food.

I was pleasantly surprised when I visited. Nice quiet atmosphere with booths. Food was prepared fresh and ready quickly. I spent just over $8 on lunch.
