Every time I come to this place I order the same thing yet I always get something different. Ordered extra rice but didn't get it. Had a whole onion with the root base attached in my food. Ordered a sweet tea but got unsweetened. Whoever gave me my food at the window needs to find somewhere else to be if he's going to be that unhappy handling people's food. Stop raising your prices if you can't get basic consistency down.

This is the best hibachi to go location out of the 3! I'm not sure what they do differently than the Hampstead location, but they need to tell them their secret so Hampstead can step up their game. The steak is the best of any hibachi place I've ever tried.

Visiting from out of town and wanted an after the beach take out meal. Service was great - person taking our order was super friendly and answered any questions we had. Short wait for food was great. Property of location is overgrown and there is zero curb appeal - to the point of not knowing where to enter or if the place is even open. We ordered a variety of menu items from salmon teriyaki to steak and chicken hibachi to noodles to fried rice to shrimp to veg dumplings and spring rolls. Food was subpar - most, if not all, was pretty flavorless and a bit greasy. We are glad we tried it, as it's something that has been on our list each time we visit the area, but we will not choose to return.

Even the white sauce tastes like it's made in house bcuz it's different than any other place I've ever been and it's just great! I think this is my new favorite hibachi place, and it's close to home so it's very convenient

Honestly was hoping the food would have more flavor, it just tasted so bland I've been here about 3 times and it hasn't changed so hopefully when I go a few more times it'll be better but time will tell the next review time :/ but the customer service is what make me TRULY go back the staff is so hard working and sweet!! Will more recommend to go see the staff than anything

Worst Restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. The lady was a liar had a snarky attitude and made a racial slur under her breath. I had to wait over an hour for my food, after making the order hours prior. The staff was garbage, they don’t care that you’ve been there for so long and won’t do anything to remedy it. On top of that the food was just awful I had to wait over an hour to get my food only for it to taste like complete garbage as if a novice was in the kitchen. Worst Restaurant ever would never in my life recommend. I can’t even find a cooperate number to tell them about this so I doubt it’s going to change. Do yourselves a favor and don’t eat here
