I came in and ordered and asked for wings and fries and they had messed my order up and gave me the wrong type of fries.. and also someone in my group ordered shrimp tacos and they messed em up and gave them fish tacos instead...

waited 2.5 hours and never got food. everyone left. the only ones who got food came and picked it up. manager never came around to tell the problem. i felt bad for the waitress's as there was nothing they could do. the restaurant was not even full. when i called to see how long a to go order would take I was told 3 hours!! this is very poor management. it was my 1st time there. i will not be back. left and went to the waffle house. saw another couple there. they said the same thing. they had to leave hooters. talked to a man there with 3 kids. he said he had been waiting 1.5 hours. manager should have at least come around and talked to people and let them know what was going on. apparently to go orders and door dash are more important than people that are sitting in the restaurant. And I did reach out to hooters at the link i was sent. no answer. And they are not answering the phone at the restaurant.

A terrible place I went and they had me sitting for 35 minutes and they did not attend to me I asked to speak to the managers and they never attended to me I do not recommend it at all and I come from New Jersey for vacations

Allie took it upon herself to contact our work place because she didn't like the tip she received. The service was terrible and I will be having a chat with corporate about her actions and why things went the way they did
The food here is probably the best Hooters I've eaten at. The service has just sucked! Tonight was the worst service I've had at a restaurant. Probably would have spent more money, but when you await your server. And go with empty drinks for 15+ minutes, I was just ready to leave.
Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly, a 14 yr old was having a birthday dinner with his family.

If your a minority don’t go here because they will serve everyone before you even if they show up 30 minutes after you we had 3 different tables of people that came 30 minutes after us get there food before us and our order wasn’t complicated just a buffalo platter and sliders we decided to leave after we had sit there for over a hour and still didn’t get our food
UPDATE we went to there site let them know what happened and didn’t hear a word from no one apparently hooters don’t care if their employees are racist or take it seriously maybe the top executives are racist who knows but can’t believe we didn’t even get a call or email look through there reviews you will see other people on here accusing them of being racist as well

We took my son here for a surprise birthday dinner with 10 of us all together. Our waitress (curly hair in the pic) was so good & so were all the other girls. They sang my son Happy Birthday, took pics & were really sweet & accommodating. For most of us, including my son, it was our first time at a Hooters & it was a great experience. Also, the food was so good! We went on a BOGO wings night & the price was great too. Thanks for making my son's birthday so great! ????
