I had great service while there by my waitress Ava but she had to leave in tears when what seemed to be her manager started screaming at her in front of me and many other customers. Whoever this manager is needs to be fired immediately, no employer should speak to there employees the way that he did. I was very disappointed in my experience!!

I ordered two beverages, one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic. Upon tasting the alcoholic drink, I found it to be unpleasant, resembling a cough drop. The manager approached us and assisted me with a replacement drink. However, my server recommended an alternative beverage that I found to be unappetizing, resembling expired candy. It is concerning that she has not tasted any of the available drinks. The overall service was subpar. My lemonade was superior in taste compared to the beverages. The food was also of questionable quality. When I requested buffalo sauce with original buffalo flavor, it was served with buffalo and cheese instead. This discrepancy warrants further inspection. Additionally, servers should be encouraged to provide more informed recommendations and refrain from suggesting items they have not personally tried.

We used to go to Hooters twice a week for years but it really had fallen off so we havnt been in a long time but we decided to give it another try and I am so happy we did ! The restaurant was clean , great great service and the food was perfect tonight! We will definitely be back more often again .Manager was on point checking on everything and our waitress Ava was seriously a ball of sunshine , it was her first night and she was great! Go check them out💕😍🥰

Katelyn was out servers and she help us out as much as she could good personality always checking in on us food was hot and fresh taste good I order 10 boneless wings my friend order the build ya own burger will come back again
Ordered breaded wings mild came with no breafing..sent it back and it returned still no breading..I asked if they were out of flour?..manager walk by thought he was going to stop but nope just kept walking. They did take the untouched wing back and removed from my bill.i left hungry.

We were 6 people. We order Hooters wings, two types of breaded chicken breasts, everything was dry, tough, and tasteless meat. No one was happy with the food. The waitress was very nice, helpful, and approachable.
