Although there were lots of empty tables, the greeter let the three parties waiting to be seated that they were short staffed and had a party 30 in process. We did have a little wait but got seated reasonably quickly.

The overworked server took our order and brought our meals. As she took our order, she inexplicably told us what our bil would come to, as if she expected us to pay in advance, but she caught herself and clarified that we wouldn't pay until our meal was over.

The food was good, so no complaints there, but they clearly need some additional staff.

Just stood in there for ten minutes waiting to be seated. The sever seen me behind 1 2 top an a single person she sits them. Then walks away and proceeded to ignore me horrible customer service.. To top it off she started taking orders from them

The waiter spilled hot chocolate all Over my wife. We waited an hour for our food and they were not busy. Two people sat down. Another table sat down and got their food before us. When they brought us our food. They were missing a whole meal. I am tired of ihop take so long to cook breakfast foods especially pancakes. This franchise need to get back to the drawing board. They only offer me 10 percent off after i complain. They wasnt going compensate my wife after they burn her with hot chocolate. I will never return to another IHOP. Period. If you reading this dont go its waste of time and money. More bad thing happened i would be here all day typing.

For management: if you are not going to offer curbside pickup don’t make it a selection on your website & take the signs out of your parking lot. Ordered online curbside pickup, sat in my truck for over 10 min after the food was supposed to be brought out. Finally walked inside for my food to be sitting behind the counter & to be told by your employee who was just standing there “oh we don’t do curbside pickup, especially not in the mornings.” Whatever that means. Terrible customer service.

We got chicken and pancakes. They didn't have any waffles or grits . My whole table ordered chicken and waffles. There were no plastic ware available as well.

The worst restaurant i have ever seen. There are no hostes. Servers choosing customers. They talking so loudly next to you when you eating, then we warm them and they gave that weird look and attitude. Which is doesnt make sense. But crystal was nice and actually she was the only one trying to actually work.

Well… I haven’t been to this IHop in some years as the last visit wasn’t the best. Unforfunately, this visit wasn’t that great. I ordered the blueberry pancakes and they were not good, the blueberries didn’t taste fresh at all…
I was also dissapointed there wasn’t a better breakfast combo deal. If you want eggs, bacon or hashbrowns it’s an added side which is kind of ridiculous, there should be a breakfast combo option like all breakfast places. We also paid $7 total for 2 pepsi’s that were served in super small Morning Juice glasses and it was tough to get a refill.
The whole bill was $33 for two people and I’m not impressed.

Unfortunately, this is the first IHOP my family and my self have not enjoyed. I should have stuck to my gut and left when our order was taken. The problem is the staff doesn’t even want to work here. The floors, chairs and overall restaurant is just dirty. Imagine grabbing the wet rag from your mom’s kitchen to wipe everything down before she gets home from work kind of clean. The floors are sticky, leftover food hiding in the cracks. Food was ok, I would say it’s like having a babysitter or the cool aunt came by to toss together a cool breakfast before going to the park type of food. The staff were very nice but they clearly didn’t want to be there as much as us. Luckily we have traveled across the world and have experienced worse in some third world countries.
