Used to come all the time. It was quick and dependable. Won't be anymore. Last visit we waited over an hour for our food in an empty restaurant. Still never got our order right. Staff running around everywhere, but no food? More staff than customers and still couldn't manage serving the 4 tables they had.

First time I walked out of a restaurant in a long time. Waited 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. No one waiting in front of me. I have heard about poor management at this location. Go across the street to SawMill.

unprofessional, phone is never on the hook to call & check and see if they can do sit - ins. The customers should be able to call and ask , very unprofessional.

Your location deserves 0 star. Only one server available to take care of customers. We waited for almost 30 minutes to be seated and have been waiting for almost an hour to even be offered water and take our order. The lady seems overwhelmed as well. Management should have expected a higher volume of customers today due to the New Year celebration.

Some of their servers have serious attitude problems. It's not the fault of the customer that the store is understaffed. I also suggest hiring servers that can handle more than two tables at a time. I find understaffed a hard excuse to use as well, when there's only two tables in the restaurant.

The food is ok, but the service was slooow. The waiter was good but kept apologizing for the kitchen.
So if you have time to kill. Lots of time.
Then go to this IHOP.

Worst experience ever!!! Me and my husband ordered food to go and they said on the phone 10-15 minutes. It took over 40 minutes. They burnt my husbands waffles twice. It wasn't busy at all so not understanding why it took so long on the food. Staff wasn't helpful at all.

Corinthia S did a auto tip on me,did a 20% tip on my bill and said its was “Automatic” and when I asked another server he said they don’t do that.I also now can’t do nothing because I already signed,the food took a hour and she was so rude.Careful they might steal your freaking money.I really hope a manager says something or does something because doing the automatic tip is illegal and i will be contacting corporate.
