The service is great considering they are perpetually understaffed. These poor servers are always busting their butts just to stay afloat. Working way harder than their pay rate I'm sure. They have a FULL floor and only 2 servers?! And this is the norm here. Management/corporate needs to do better.

IHOP here in Monkey Junction, Wilmington looks great outside but is worn terribly inside. The sheet rock old paint is visible, woodwork over the lobby entry is poorly constructed. It just needs a complete interior upgrade. I saw 3 l emplyees working and felt bad for our server. She apologized several times. She had the first front area and was playing hostess. Our silverware was nasty and we asked for more. The food was great! Service was great all things considered. Looks like...
