BIG shout out to Dayla and Lauren! Thank you so much for helping today. I have a new incoming freshman at UNCW and wanted to surprise her with something sweet after her first day of class today. There was a mix up with the door dasher and the original delivery never made it to her. I called the store to explain and was promptly greeted with a remedy to the situation. The girl working had excellent customer service. She was running the place by herself. She greeted us from the back and said she’d be right with us. She offered suggestions and told us they just started a 9- pack deal and wanted to know our thoughts on it. Cookies are always great, but customer service is a lost art and I appreciate it!
