I was expecting a long wait due to Valentine’s Day but the representative handled the customers ahead of me quickly, kindly, and with ease. She was very patient with helping all of us with selections since we were overwhelmed. And, she even arranged for a decorative wrap for my gift box of cookies. I left with a sample of her favorite cookie (velvet with two types of chocolate chips) that just made my day! Can’t wait to go back.

I really did not know insomnia sold these little balled up cookies. That on top of waiting 30+ minutes for an online order is just ridiculous when customers coming in placing orders are getting served first. Do better

While the selection of vegan options is somewhat limited, the flavors are so delightful that it more than makes up for it! My partner has also thoroughly enjoyed the cookies, finding them irresistibly delicious.

I had an issue with an order not arriving through a third-party delivery service and Insomnia Cookies was very understanding and quick to send a replacement order. The cookies were a surprise gift for a family member and he said that the they are phenomenal. Thank you to the kind employee that was so helpful at correcting this order for me! We will absolutely be returning customers.

It’s a decent place to get a pretty good albeit overprice cookie. I got mine for free through the rewards program and I probably won’t buy one at least not for a while since the classic ones are three dollars and the big ones are almost 5.
10/10 the only place I’ll buy cookies from here on out! They were SO good!! their cookies were balanced perfectly and never overwhelming! Reminds me of fresh homemade cookies from my childhood! Do it, place the order, your inner child will thank you <3
