On June 23 went for dinner at Islands location on Racine dr. Food was good as usual but when getting ready to leave went to the middle prep station in the restaurant to get a to go bag for my left over notice the employee behind the counter using a broom to swipe the floor was also using the same broom swiping off the prep- station and I found that to be unhealthy snd not sanitary. As much as I enjoyed eating at islands I will not be returning.
Looks like cat food. Smells like trash. No thanks.
my girlfriend and I decided to stop by Islands Fresh Mex Grill today for the first time. it's in our neighborhood. the food was great. we have a new place, now. we'll return. we recommend it.
