This is the best one in Wilmington in my opinion. Food seems the freshest here and the chicken is the least weird. I would watch out for the steak somewhat unpredictable. Good size. Decent staff. Always pretty clean. Lots of kids in here.
Vegetarian options: I’d be careful.
Dietary restrictions: You can pick and choose, but there’s a lot of mixing
Parking: Going to be kind of busy
Kid-friendliness: Lots of stuff for the kids in here and plenty of kids seats.
Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty big aisle, and the checkout line is very wide very accessible.

Staff was very friendly, but I was disappointed in the blandness of the food. The arcade and playground kept the kids entertained while I visited with family.

It looks like this business had been converted from something else. It’s huge inside. Maybe later at night it might be busy during the day. It was really empty. Three of us went over for lunch. Nothing had any seasoning, not even salt. Everything was super bland like hospital food. The tacos, the beans, everything.

Guy put beans on my sons fajita burrito, I told him I didn’t want them on there the burrito doesn’t say it comes with beans and he says “yeah it does, it says it, I show him it doesn’t and he just moves on and takes them off” the woman also working on the order ask anything else and I tell her no and she starts rolling the next burrito up not the one we were working on so I stop her and say no the Fajita is done I want something on mine. She starts to unrolling it talking shit under her breath in spanish. Aita? Beans on it, telling me I’m wrong when it clearly doesn’t say beans on the fajita burrito then before rolling it up asks me about the next burrito first? Miscommunication still fine but then to talk crap under her breath in spanish when she was just speaking to me in english so she wanted to say something I hear but not that I could understand leaving me to only believe with the tone and situation she was clearly talking crap to me. Skip this place, they’re rude af for no reason at all.
Go to Flaming Amy’s instead, it’s a great alternative if you need a burrito fix.

Low quality food, cockroach crawling across the floor and when I let the staff know they all looked at each other and started laughing. Asked what they were laughing at and they just stared at me- really weird experience. We also went one time before the last and it’s like they scoop up some slop and flick down on to your tortilla. It’s just a cheap stop to feed kids

Atmosphere seemed pleasant and was excited to let my little run around and try a new place. Asked for a beef bowl and the portions were absolutely sad. 3 scoops of beef, black beans 1 scoop but some was knocked out of the spoon, I could probably count how many pieces of lettuce were thrown on, asked for pico de gallo and it look like a 4 pieces of tomatoes was put on, very LITTLE onions, and then when I looked at it I asked for a tortilla on the side and I would just make a sad of an excuse burrito out of it and the guy looked at me like he didn’t understand what I was saying. It was honestly smaller than a kids portion. Needless to say, I didn’t even bother getting it or trying it because it would have been a waste of $10 (plus tax). The guy checking us out was genuine and nice and asked what was wrong and if he could fix it, but personally if you’re making it and see dissatisfaction and confusion on a customers face it shouldn’t have to get down to checking out for someone to notice. Portions are just sad and very small from this one experience.
