The service was good, but the sale bar did not seem fresh. I will say we were there later in the evening.

Was going to leave this review yesterday when I came in but I’m glad I’m leaving it now after seeing the previous review. My family and I came in around 4:00 to eat. It looked like they had a major rush and were trying to get everything in order since there were a bit of tables that needed cleaning off. A nice young lady politely took our order, made our food and brought it out to us. She apologized about the mess and ended up telling us that there table busser had quit and it was just 2 of them there. Staff was very accommodating and nice. Could the dining room been cleaner. Yes. Was the food great? Yes. Would I come back? Of course. One bad day doesn’t define a restaurant, especially if you can tell that they are trying. So shame on you to the person below me who left the nasty review. I’m pretty sure you were the couple that were taking pictures of the tables and the employees working. Yes we saw. Great job Jason’s. Ignore the haters.

Dirtiest restaurant I’ve been in in a long time. No tables had been bused 15+. Floors were dirty and they weren’t busy(I wonder why)

The salad bar was great, everything was fresh and lots of options. However our sandwiches were very disappointing, everything tasted microwaved and the meat was not good. I got chicken tenders for my daughter and they were not freshly cooked and barely warm. Definitely not worth $45.

Good, decently priced. Got the half sandwich, half soup... sandwich was good, tortilla soup was just ok. Panera makes better soup...
Parking is a bit odd here. Also can't turn left out on Market, have to go out the back and go to the stoplight by Ihop.
Free ice cream is awesome.
Edit: 12/24/24 We visit this location probably once a month and the food is good. The free ice cream is still a great feature. Restaurant could be cleaner.

Cheese wasn't melted on my not fully toasted grilled cheese and I found the green leafy part of the tomato in my tomato soup and my Mac and cheese had old dry noodles in it this is my 2nd time here here the first time was perfect I don't know what happened to make them drop the ball this bad

Went once and will never go back. Was excited for a salad bar and was extremely disappointed. It’s $10 for a small shallow bowl and you only get one salad from it. Was very rudely told I couldn’t have another salad when I asked because I was confused. Then was given hard time when asking for a to go box for a sandwich we didn’t finish. Food was below average and service was worse.

I love their salad bar. one trip but you can get a lot on their big dish they provide lots to choose from and Ice cream for desert after, free! Eat here with friends and family once a week. good sandwiches as well.
Kid-friendliness: open for everyone not sure they have a kids menu but the food is good
Wheelchair accessibility: yes, I believe so. open dining room and room for the Wheel chair in the bathrooms
