We came in today to have lunch about 1:30pm. There was an altercation going on between a customer and your manager when we entered the store. I don't really know all that went on, right or wrong, your employee escalated a situation instead of being calm. There were several other people in the restaurant at the same time. In this day and age, you never know what kind of violence can happen. I wish we would have left because it felt unsafe. We did, however, order and sat down...

Love jersey mikes but the lady tonight had no idea what she was doing, she claimed they don’t put bacon in the wraps. 2weeks ago I had a wrap and it had bacon in it so I don’t know what she was talking about. I will be back but maybe the people need to be trained just a little better I’ve never had an issue.

Absolutely wonderful staff, Walker was a blast to talk to while he made my sub in a tub. Something I especially like is the manager isn’t afraid to step in and work the line slicing meat for orders. My only complaint is this isn’t the one near my house!
