So I haven’t been to jersey mikes in years and decided to get it while I was in Wilmington. The store was clean and the quality of the food was great but the service was just horrible. The guy slicing my food was passive aggressive towards me the whole time since I took a while to order, and he didn’t care to give me any suggestions. The worker at the register gave me his name and I believe it was Micah. I never leave reviews on a place but this ruined my experience.

The service was good. The chips bags were all more than half air inside. The drink was a rip off. And we barely got any meat on the sandwich, I’d be scared to charge for double meat. It felt like the reg is half meat. Never coming back. Subway quality...

I have eaten jersey mikes for as long as theyve been around wilmington, but unfortunately theyre losing me as a customer. The last 3 visits have proven their portion sizes continue to become smaller and smaller. Todays visit was a mini #9, that yielded 2 paper thin slices of cheese, turkey and roast beef, not 5 oz. of meat and cheese combined. I frequent because the sandwiches are good, but until the portion sizes catch up to the pricing, i wont be returning.
I love you guys at Jersey Mike's!! I've been ordering from you for years, at many of your locations in town. It is always a pleasant experience with your staff, all the stores are always super clean, & I have literally never had a bad sandwich at Jersey Mike's!!!! Thank you for a great product & great service!!

I love Jersey Mike’s for a fast food sandwich… They are one step above Jimmy Johns… But I have noticed that their portions are a bit smaller. It seems just a little bit off. I will give them another chance, though for sure.
