I’m so disappointed in the location off Eastwood. I went into the store on my lunch break and asked if they would heat up my turkey since I am pregnant and the guy slicing the meat and cheese told me they couldn’t. I informed him that at another location they did it for me since I am not supposed to eat cold deli meat while pregnant. He said there was nothing he could do to help me. I left so upset and contacted another location off College and he assured me they would ensure the meat was heated and apologized. I’m heading to that location now but this is now eating up all of my lunch break hour. This is really uncalled for.

Grateful for the gluten free but I watched too many people get their food ahead of me because gluten free is “slower”. I’m appreciative that gluten free is offered, but it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to pick up a to-go order because of my dietary needs. Never had a problem like this at any other location in town.

Placed a mobile order to “skip the line”. Arrived 20 minutes later and it hadn’t been started. After waiting an additional 10 minutes I asked the estimated time on my order and was shrugged off. Finally, after 50 minutes I received my order. I always ask for salt and pepper but who wants to taste the Dead Sea. Absolutely incredible the amount of salt that was on my sandwich. Ruined my family’s lunch, hope this location is seeking new management.

Jersey Mikes should be an automatic 5-star review. The product and Franchise are that great. I gave an overall score of 3 because of the service. The food score has nothing to do with the actual food product but the execution of the food product. I know that can be considered service, but the food is made wrong on a consistent basis, which affects the food quality and could be dangerous if you have allergies. I understand why there are a lot of bad reviews for this location. They have a prime location, but it is run very poorly. It is pointless to put a name on each sub when ordering online because they never write the name on the sub. The last two subs we ordered, one was supposed to have white bread and the other wheat. Instead, we received two subs with the top White and the bottom Wheat, as well as Onions and Banana Peppers were on the wrong sub. We ordered online and arrived at the time of pick up, but our order had not been started. Not because they were busy but because at 6:30 pm, they were cleaning the restaurant. Mopping the floors, etc…they close at 8 pm. Makes no sense. They did not even know an online order had been printed out. I commend the owner for recently remodeling this location, but whoever is the manager is running it really poorly. Very unfortunate.
Parking: There is a large free parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: If your kid likes subs they will love this restaurant.
