Placed a mobile order to “skip the line”. Arrived 20 minutes later and it hadn’t been started. After waiting an additional 10 minutes I asked the estimated time on my order and was shrugged off. Finally, after 50 minutes I received my order. I always ask for salt and pepper but who wants to taste the Dead Sea. Absolutely incredible the amount of salt that was on my sandwich. Ruined my family’s lunch, hope this location is seeking new management.

Jersey Mikes should be an automatic 5-star review. The product and Franchise are that great. I gave an overall score of 3 because of the service. The food score has nothing to do with the actual food product but the execution of the food product. I know that can be considered service, but the food is made wrong on a consistent basis, which affects the food quality and could be dangerous if you have allergies. I understand why there are a lot of bad reviews for this location. They have a prime location, but it is run very poorly. It is pointless to put a name on each sub when ordering online because they never write the name on the sub. The last two subs we ordered, one was supposed to have white bread and the other wheat. Instead, we received two subs with the top White and the bottom Wheat, as well as Onions and Banana Peppers were on the wrong sub. We ordered online and arrived at the time of pick up, but our order had not been started. Not because they were busy but because at 6:30 pm, they were cleaning the restaurant. Mopping the floors, etc…they close at 8 pm. Makes no sense. They did not even know an online order had been printed out. I commend the owner for recently remodeling this location, but whoever is the manager is running it really poorly. Very unfortunate.Parking: There is a large free parking lot.Kid-friendliness: If your kid likes subs they will love this restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: This is a Wheelchair friendly restaurant.

Every time I get food from this location it ends up wrong. I should have learned my lesson the first 3 times they got my order wrong. However this time I figured it was a easy order. “White bread, steak, cheese and mushrooms”. I didn’t check my order when I got it (my fault) now 2 hours later I open my bag COMPLETELY wrong! I call 5 times and nobody answers the phone! Stay away from this location where there are teenager with ear pods running the place. Very disappointed!
Website says they’re open until 9, took me 15 minutes to drive there, got there more than 30 minutes before closing time just to order 1 sub, and they locked the door and closed the place. No explanation as to why posted on the door, and correct me if i’m wrong, but i assume just pure laziness. Last time i came here i didn’t feel very welcomed either.

Rude employees. I asked if they had other chips in the back and he said "what you see is what you get." Then I said "do you have any avocado spread?" (Some locations do). Just stared at me. When I told him it was common to have he continued to stare and said "no." Then my friend got a little bit of sprite in a water cup because her stomach hurt. He came to our table, grabbed her drink, poured it out, and brought it back with water. And continued to harass us as we sat there. Let me reiterate the fact that he literally ~reached over~ my friends food, and touched her cup, then expected her to drink it. They threatened to call the police on us. Absolutely absurd. They do not deserve your business. Go read the other reviews before purchasing. We have a call with corporate headquarters this afternoon.
