Disappointing af. Used to go to the Leland location but I work in Wilmington now so today I tried them for first time. Got a Philly with extra cheese. It wasn’t cooked enough at all. Bread was doughy and soft and the cheese wasn’t melted. Ate half bc on my lunch break and starving, didn’t have time to get anything else, but I started to feel sick. Upon reading reviews I see other people got sick for various reasons/sandwiches. Another thing was the service was not good at all. I said “hi I have a DoorDash pick up for Natalie” she just stared at me and handed me the bag. No thank you, no greeting, no goodbye! Even I said thank you walking out and got no response. Home girl, IM the customer! Customer service! I’ve worked in it for 13 years.

I’ve never had a worse experience than I did at this jersey mikes. My sandwich actually tasted so bad I had to throw it away, and it was a giant so a big waste of money. The service was just wrong they had a bad attitude towards me and others. I will NEVER come back to this jersey mikes again, if you plan on coming here, dint plan on enjoying the sandwich.

When I first walked in the young lady at the slicer asked me can she help me with an attitude. So I placed my order if a giant #17. Four other customers after me placed their order and received their food. When I walked to the counter they said this is yours. That sandwich had been on the counter for 5 minutes. When I asked why they didn’t let me know it was mine. The same lady with the attitude replied with I don’t even think I got your name for the order. She forgot that but was asking people how was the azalea festival . Bad service I won’t be going there again.

I am absolutely disappointed and I love Jersey Mike's subs. There are very few places I eat at due to being a high risk and can't eat gluten. They offer the UDI brand of gluten free bread! Well I ended up getting my usual chicken, bacon and ranch sub. It was definitely cross contaminated when making it, because I had a bad stomach reaction. I got so sick!! And y'all have to understand me staying gluten free plays a BIG ROLL in me staying healthy!!! I was so sick , turns out my Dr said it was cross contamination during the making of my sub! Please take this more serious! I could get a law suit again you if I choose too. But I'm not!!! This definitely has to be a lesson to all places that say they have gluten free items. Also I do understand eating out is a risk of cross contamination.... That's why I don't eat out!!! But on the day I chose to get me a gluten free sub I put a set back on my gluten free lifestyle I have to have!!!!

Ate here 5pm yesterday with my children. Arrived home 30mins later didn't even make it inside and I was puking in my front yard. I rarely get sick unless I eat contaminated food. Food Poisoning I will never eat here again. This restaurant serves contaminated food.Also pay attention at check out the cashier will overcharge you for subs you didn't order.

Stopped in this location and there was a line of 5+ people waiting to order. After waiting about 5 min, I left because the employees were ignoring in-store cudtomers and prioritizing online orders. I understand that stores have to balance online orders with in-store customers but online orders should not be a priority when 5 people are waiting to order. I left and went to another location.
