Jimmy John's DT ILM is hands down our go-to spot for fuel during our busy days. These guys don't mess around. They are always fast, Indeed, freaky-fast. We all have our favorites, and JJ always comes through for us.Brook has a magic touch with sandwiches, always on point with her creations--is sandwich wizard too much?Now to James, their delivery angel. He. is. the. best.—Period. Honestly, James is too good for this world... protect him at all costs.If you want affordable, delicious food at warp speed, Jimmy John's Downtown Wilmington is where it’s at! Love them to pieces!

This location is understaffed and always busy. This is the second time my order has taken over an hour for one sub. I called and they had to finish a catering order before sending out my order.

Placed my order by phone & 40 mins later, no food. I finally call. Person says they are backed up & my order is on the way. 15 mins more I call again. Person who answered was very rude & actually got any attitude with me. Then someone else takes the call. 1st they couldn't find my order. Then they say the driver left my order in the lobby. No call, no notification. Our receptionist is not in charge of food deliveries. Even during COVID, the driver called before leaving the food. I work in a multi-floor building. Am I supposed the wait in the lobby for 30-40mins because the driver can't be bothered to dial a number? This location's service is terrible! Never again!

My husband, kids and I ate here for lunch. Ian and Damien greeted us and were so warm and inviting. It was so refreshing to have people that made eye contact and genuinely made us feel like they wanted to serve us! Good job Jimmy John’s!

Seated right away @ 18:00. Prompt service. Told the bacon wrapped shrimp and scallop app was wonderful. Though the Cuban sandwich is no longer on the menu , I got one. Great as always. The half priced bottles of wine was a nice addition to the Wednesday night meal. Even took some home.

Terrible customer service. Writing weird/passive aggressive comments on people’s Uber’s order shows lack of deductive reasoning, class and overall intelligence. Staff should actually check what the system allows users to order & do.Owner, Your business is being run into the ground and by the show of your comment responses, you’re letting it happen. An apology does not negate this repulsive behavior and experience. We won’t be back.
