We order from here regularly, but will be finding somewhere else to patronize. The last few times we have ordered it has taken 45 minutes to over an hour to get 2 sandwiches to an office 2 miles away from the shop. I missed my lunch today because i have to leave for a Dr. Appt and am still waiting for a sandwich I ordered over an hour ago and my office is a 5 minute drive away from the store. I would not order online from this store without calling first and finding out if they are able to get the food there in a reasonable time.

My door dash order was a hunters club and it showed up with no meat just cheese and veggies.

Super disappointing to be waiting over an hour for 'freaky fast' delivery. I've ordered 3 times from this location and haven't had a successful order yet. I love Jimmy John's and have ordered from many other locations with no issues. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from here anymore.

Rude employee who would rather have her earbuds in instead of listening to customers.Food quality was poor. The bread was hard and they skimmed out on the meat.And who the hell doesn't automatically put cheese on a sandwich included in the price?I'll stick to Jersey Mike's
